Anyone had a cashout stuck at Velvet Casino?
Had a pending withdrawal sitting there once myself and the waiting is the worst part. Anyone here actually had Velvet pay out, or does the KYC check chew up days first? Keen to know if pending is just their normal queue before I start chasing support.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
haven't had one at Velvet myself mate, but pending isn't automatic doom. from what I've seen over the years the queue and the KYC check are usually the same monster, they'll want id and a bill before they move a cent. give support a nudge early anyway, decent places answer, dodgy ones go quiet. ah well, we grind on 😄
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
Still learning bonuses myself but this cashout stuff scares me more 😅 Did they already ask you for ID, or should I send mine first when I withdraw?

This might be a dumb question but what's a "bill" for KYC? Like a power bill with my name on it? 😅 Still learning all this cashout stuff
Yeah mate, a bill just means a utility bill, usually power or water, with your name and address on it, less than about three months old. The idea is your id says who you are and the bill ties you to an actual address. Had to dig one out of a drawer once myself while a cashout sat pending, sent a photo and the money moved not long after. Worth it.
How long do you reckon the queue is? Getting those documents perfect first is how you clear the bonus in profit without the wait. 💸
Hang on, "clear the bonus in profit" before the wait? 😅 I thought the KYC check happens whether you've got a bonus or not, that's what the others are saying anyway. I only made my first deposit recently and I'm still working out if documents should go in before or after you request the cashout, does anyone actually know or is everyone guessing here?
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏
Man, I reckon people are overcomplicating the bonus clearance thing a bit. It’s not that KYC is some gatekeeper preventing the win; it’s the casino having a system that treats the withdrawal request as the trigger point for the full security check. I’ve seen stuff stuck in pending forever. If you win big and try to pull it out before they've run your ID against their database, that's where the hold-up happens, regardless of whether you hit a specific feature on a pokies machine or not. The whole bankroll feels tense when it's sitting there in pending status, like you've got a massive score but you can't pocket it yet. It just feels like they're padding the queue sometimes, slowing down legitimate payouts just to manage their risk. You've got to be disciplined about watching those withdrawal times; cashing out in time is everything, otherwise the stress starts hitting hard. 😭💸
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
So the withdrawal itself triggers the whole check? Feels backwards if you ask me 😅 I'd rather they KYC me at signup than hold my cash hostage in pending.

Bloody hell, wondering if checking the T&Cs helps, or is it just a standard bottleneck at Velvet for Aussies? 💸
