Anyone actually had a cashout go through at Winmaker Casino?
Made a first deposit at Winmaker recently and my withdrawal is doing the same sit-in-limbo thing, so I'm watching this thread closely π
. Can't tell if it's just the KYC queue or something worse. Anyone here actually got paid out by them, and did the ID check take long? π
New here, soaking it up.
I had a cashout sitting in limbo there myself, mate, turned out it was just the KYC mob wanting a clearer photo of my licence. Resent the docs through and it moved along after that. Patience is the name of the game with these checks, and I've busted more banks than you've deposited, so trust me when I say don't poke them hourly, it just slows the queue π
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Had a similar scare at another offshore joint once, turned out the docs were fine but the selfie with my licence was blurry and nobody told me π Resent it crisp and it moved. Lucky, DaveFortune, that yours only needed a clearer shot, OP, worth checking if they emailed you at all, some of these mobs sit on it quietly π
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
Bit of a noob question π
but when you say they wanted a "selfie with my licence" - is that a standard KYC thing everywhere, or does it vary site to site? I've got my ID docs ready but hadn't thought about taking a photo of myself holding them π€
Learn something new about casinos every day.
it varies a fair bit, mate, some places just want the licence photo on its own, others want you holding it next to your face so they can see both match up. The selfie version is pretty common offshore when they're being fussy before a cashout. Take it in daylight, no glare on the plastic, and you'll likely dodge the resend dance π ah well, we grind on
Busted more than you've deposited π
The blurry selfie thing nearly got me too π
Took my first shot at a cashout last week and had my licence photo all sorted, but I'd done the holding-it-up pic at arm's length in bad light and it looked like a ransom photo. Resent it near a window and it went through the check fine, so yeah, decent lighting matters more than I thought.
Total noob here so forgive the dumb question, but does anyone know if Winmaker emails you when docs get knocked back, or do you just have to keep refreshing the withdrawal page and guessing? That's the part doing my head in - I'd rather fix the problem straight away than sit there wondering if it's stuck π¬
Asking dumb bonus questions β that's the job.
@SlotAddictLord ha, mine came out the same way, bad kitchen light and everything π
Still haven't hit the cashout button yet, still learning bonuses, but I took a proper selfie near the window straight away after reading this thread so I don't end up in the same limbo. Does anyone know if Winmaker asks for the card front too or just ID stuff?

Honestly does anyone at these joint proofread their own selfie before sending it through? π€ Ransom photo, blurry licence... makes me wonder how much of this "stuck KYC" queue is just us sending munted docs. Still waiting to hear from someone who's actually had a Winmaker cashout land - anyone banked one clean?
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Ha, guilty as charged on the munted docs π
my first selfie pic had my thumb over half the licence. I've resubmitted clear ones now so fingers crossed mine comes out of the limbo soon, and Fortune_77 you're probably right that half the queue is just blurry photos. Thanks for the breakdown WageringReq_FC, still learning all this KYC stuff π
Ha, guilty as charged on the munted docs π

@Geelong_True thumb over the licence, classic π mine was worse, took the pic at night under the garage light and it came back looking like a ransom note too. Window light is the go, learned that the hard way.
Fair dinkum though, even with a clean doc I'd low expectations here. A win on paper is one thing, question is did you even withdraw yet or are you still in the bonus maze? π€‘πΈcurious if the cashout actually lands once KYC clears, because plenty of these joints suddenly find a new excuse once you've got A$ sitting there.π
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
My first KYC selfie looked like I was being held hostage by a lampshade π€£ took three goes before they accepted it, so fair dinkum half this "stuck" queue is probably just us lot photographing our licences like crime scenes. Tip from experience: take the pic outside in daylight, not under the kitchen light at 11pm after a rough pokie session π curtains, bank's gone is what happens when you resend the same blurry photo four times hoping the verification guy gives up πΏ
Came to hit, stayed to tilt πΏ

@VolatilityMaster lampshade hostage pic had me laughing, mine wasn't much better, licence shot under the laundry light and they knocked it back twice πΈ Three goes sounds about right for them. Anyone here actually had money land in the bank from these blokes though, or is everyone still queued up?
Still queued on my end, took my licence pic by the window after reading this lot and it went through verification first go, so the lighting theory holds. Whether the actual payout lands though, no idea yet, my withdrawal request has been sitting there for days with no movement. If anyone's had funds actually hit an Australian bank account from these blokes, I'd genuinely like to hear it before I expect anything.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet π
