Crypto cashout sorted at Wolf Winner after a KYC hiccup, here's how
Good news that it got through, crypto cashouts being stuck at KYC is the worst part of any win. What exactly did they ping you for, ID plus a selfie or did they want proof of the wallet too? I've been thinking about doing my next deposit at Wolf Winner in crypto just to skip the bank dramas, so keen to hear if the verification slowed anything down.
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
the wallet proof question is the one that catches everyone, hey. when my cashout got held up there the selfie plus id was easy, it was proving the coin wallet was mine that made them ask twice. they wanted a screenshot from the exchange showing my name and the address matched, which felt overly cautious at the time but fair enough once you think about what they're covering themselves for.
worth the hassle though. i've been through every method over the years and getting a bank involved in gambling money is where things go sideways. turned a small deposit into a decent hit once and the card withdrawal sat there while the bank queried it, never again. coin in and coin out, no middleman poking their nose in. if anyone's stuck on the kyc part, just give them exactly what they ask the first time, half the delays come from people sending partial docs. ah well, we grind on 😄
I remember the old slots first-hand.
The wallet proof step is where mine stalled too, they wanted a screenshot of the transaction hash from my exchange plus a photo of the wallet address on screen. Annoying, but once I sent both the cashout moved without another query. My tip for anyone heading into a KYC at Wolf Winner: have the wallet history ready before you even request the withdrawal, saves a second round of emails.
Volatility > vibes.
Sounds like the wallet hash screenshot is the common snag then. Fine that it cleared for you three, but I'd want to see the cashout actually land before calling it sorted.
Licence first, deposit after.
ah well, fair point there mate. mine cleared the checks but I kept the tab open till the coin actually hit the wallet, seen too many "sorted" posts fall over at the last step 😄
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
WageringReq_FC is deadset right there, the tab stays open until the coin's in my own wallet, that's the only "sorted" I recognise. Same snag hit me at Wolf Winner, the wallet proof made them come back twice before anything moved. Even then I don't call it done till I've got a screenshot of the funds sitting there. Got a cashout screenshot yet, OP?
Licence first, deposit after.
that wallet proof snag got me too when i had a slap at crypto cashouts over there, they kept coming back asking for the same screenshot like i'd typed my address wrong 😄 mine landed in the end but i watched that wallet like a hawk till it did. greed's never killed a punter half as quick as celebrating too early though
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Had the same wallet proof dance over there, they wanted a screenshot with the address and a coin already landed in it. Weird old workaround but it shut them up. 😄
That wallet proof trick with the coin already sitting in the shot is a good one, wish I'd known it earlier 😅
My own session there went much the same, got pinged for ID, then the wallet screenshot, thought I'd cleared it and then another reply asking for basically the same thing again. Kept my bet per spin small while the balance sat in limbo because the last thing you want is to chew through a win before the cashout clears. Once the coin actually landed I banked it, closed the tab and only then called it sorted. Cashing out in time is everything, the tab stays open till it's in your own wallet for mine. Out of curiosity, did anyone get asked for a selfie video with the ID or just the static docs? Mine was static only but I've heard it varies.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
