Getting money in and out at Fortune Play Casino
Ran a deposit at Fortune Play myself a while back, can't say I kept notes like some of you organised types. The KYC bit was the part I braced for most, always is these days. What method are you planning to use, and has anyone here had docs knocked back there or did the check go through clean? Ah well, we grind on 😄
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
Keen is the word for it, WageringReq. I keep a sheet on everything else but haven't run Fortune Play myself, so I can't speak to their KYC from lived experience. What I'd say on a small sample of offshore cashouts generally: the doc knockbacks usually come down to proof-of-address freshness and card photos, so get those right first and the check tends to be uneventful. Be good to hear from anyone who's actually cleared a withdrawal there though.
Volatility > vibes.
Haven't run Fortune Play myself either, so watching this one. My worry with any of these offshore joints is the cashout side, deposits are always smooth and then the KYC turn drags. WageringReq, did your withdrawal clear without them asking for extra docs halfway through? That's the bit that usually bites.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Still learning bonuses here so take this with a grain of salt 😅 I did a first deposit at Fortune Play recently and it went through fine, but I haven't tried a cashout yet so no idea how the KYC goes on their end. BetGod, that deposit smooth then withdrawal drags pattern is exactly what I'm scared of too 😬 keen if anyone's actually cleared a payout there?
Learn something new about casinos every day.
Not a dumb question at all Mike, everyone starts somewhere. KYC just means know your customer, so before they release a withdrawal the casino asks for proof you're you. Usually a photo ID like your passport or driver's licence, sometimes a utility bill or bank statement showing your address, and every so often a pic of the card you deposited with, half covered. Turned 50 into 5k once back in the day and then spent a week chasing docs for the cashout, taught me quick to get the ID stuff in early rather than after you've won. My tip: upload the documents as soon as you sign up anywhere, before you even have a balance worth worrying about. If they ask for extras halfway through like BetGod mentioned, that's usually just them wanting something clearer or a newer bill, annoying but normal. Don't take photos with glare or cropped corners or you'll be doing it twice 😉
My two bob, Mike, they'll want photo ID and usually a proof of address, sometimes a pic of the card you deposited with. My golden rule is get the docs in before you even request a cashout, saves that limbo where the money sits there for days while some support fella asks for a third bill. Ah well, we grind on 😉
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Doc rule from SlotAddict_24 is solid advice in theory but I've had places sit on the payout anyway even with everything pre-loaded, so don't count on it saving you. Never cashed out at Fortune Play myself, anyone here actually had a withdrawal clear there? Also curious what payment method got used, that part always seems to be where it jams 💸
John's got a point, pre-loading docs helps but some places still dawdle. Never cashed out there myself either, so Mike's better off waiting for someone with a real payout story. 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Funny how four blokes in a row can all talk KYC and not one has an actual payout from the joint 😅 For all we know Fortune Play could sit there three days humming and hawing over docs and we'd never know till someone tries. Anyone here cleared a bonus in profit there, or is this whole thread theory?
