Stay Casino wanted KYC docs before my cashout
Went through the same KYC dance at Stay a while back, documents in, waited, cashout landed eventually. Annoying, but for an offshore site taking Aussies I'd rather they check once than stall me every withdrawal. Question for the thread though, did they hit you with the verify wall before or after you'd cleared the wagering? That timing makes all the difference if you're bankroll watching 💸

Sat there grumbling like everyone does, but truth is the old-school grind of waiting beats the alternative, which is some joint that never looks at your docs and then ghosts you at withdrawal time. Online it's a different beast entirely, especially offshore taking Aussies, so a one-off check feels fair to me too.

yeah mate, KYC just means "know your customer", they want to see who you are before the money moves. photo ID, usually a bill or bank statement with your address on it. first cashout I did offshore I uploaded the lot at once and it went smooth, no back and forth. snap clear photos and you'll be right 😉
