Joo Casino cashout stuck in KYC - anyone else been through this?
Went through the same KYC limbo there myself, account fine, docs in, then just dead silence while the withdrawal sits there. Only advice I'd give is keep an eye on your emails for any extra doc request and don't churn the balance in the meantime, banked cashouts are sacred. Did they at least confirm they received your stuff? 😭💸
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
"banked cashouts are sacred", mate, tattoo that on your forearm 😄 learned that one the hard way myself, turned 50 into 5k once back on the old machines and churned it straight back because I got greedy instead of hitting the withdraw button.
On the KYC wait though, all I can add is patience, unhurried patience. Days of silence after docs go in is par for the course with these offshore joints playing to Aussies. The check just sits there until some back-office bod gets to it. Don't resubmit everything ten times either, that can shove you back down the queue. Ah well, we grind on.
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
The "don't churn the balance" bit hit home 😅 I've got a withdrawal sitting in the same KYC queue and I keep peeking at the balance like it's still mine to touch. Question for anyone who's cleared it. Do they ask for extra docs by email or does it just flip to paid one day? Still learning all this verification stuff 🙏
StickySpin, from what I've seen they'll email you if they want more, but some punters just watch it flip to paid with no contact at all. Keep checking the spam folder too, a doc request sitting there unseen is a classic way for the wait to drag on. And until it clears, that balance isn't yours, hands off.
Licence first, deposit after.
StickySpin, mine flipped to paid with zero contact, that was after days of nothing. I'd say bank the habit now though, treat the withdrawal as gone the second you hit the button, even at A$0.50 a spin you'll whittle a pending cashout down before you notice, and clearing the check only to find a chewed-out balance is the worst feeling in the game 😭
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
😅 dumb question but when you say "flipped to paid" - does the money actually land in the bank that day, or does it still sit pending after? 🙏
New here, soaking it up.
Not a dumb question at all. "Flipped to paid" just means the casino marked your withdrawal as approved on their end. After that it still needs to travel through the banking side, so it usually sits pending another bit before it shows in your account. My last one sat pending for ages and then landed with barely a peep, ah well, we grind on 😄
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Still waiting on mine too 😅 so even the "days of nothing then paid" stories aren't much comfort. Anyone know if poking support actually speeds it up, or just resets the queue? 🤔
Learn something new about casinos every day.
On the poking support question - from my own clearing-wagering days, one polite nudge via chat after a decent gap usually got a status update, but hammering them daily just put me back at the end of the queue. KYC at Joo moved for me once I resent the docs as a single tidy PDF with everything matching the account name exactly. Any mismatch between the utility bill and the card had mine sitting there silent for ages. 💸
And yeah, treat it as gone the moment you hit withdraw, I bankroll that way now, so a stuck cashout doesn't tempt me into chasing it with new deposits. Cashing out in time is everything; the waiting part is just a job you sit through. 😭
One polite nudge, sure, but shouldn't KYC just have a proper queue time they tell you upfront? 😅 Silent for days feels dodgey, is this normal or am I being paranoid?

You're not being paranoid, Brizzie_North. Silence is the worst bit. My take: if they quoted a window upfront, half the angry tickets would vanish, so some places just won't. I had a KYC sit like that once, one nudge got it moving the same arvo and I was cashing out in profit soon after. 💸
Maybe I'm being dumb here but I don't buy the "one polite nudge fixes it" story 😅 sounds a bit like luck more than a system. If the docs are sitting in a queue, does chatting actually change anything or do they just say "still processing" and you're back to square one? Still learning how all this verification stuff works 🤔
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏
Mike_Win, a nudge won't magic the docs through the queue, but what it does do is confirm someone's actually eyeballed them, half the time these things sit because a file came through unreadable and nobody's told you. Cost me nothing to ask once, saved me days of wondering if my passport pic was too blurry. Worth a shot before you assume the worst. 🎰

Tassie1986 that unreadable file bit is exactly what I'm scared of 😅 My photos looked fine on my phone but who knows once they're uploaded. Do they usually tell you if a doc got knocked back or do you just sit there guessing? Still learning all this KYC stuff, only had to do it once before and that one went through quick, this silence is doing my head in 🙃
From my experience they usually email a rejection if a doc fails, but half the time it lands in spam. Check junk folder before you sit guessing 😭💸
Cashing out in time is half the battle.

@Gary_Cashout right, spam is the first place I checked when mine got held up. Also worth adding your email to a whitelist or checking whatever address you signed up with, because some of these casinos send rejections from a no-reply domain that filters love to bin.
My other tip: screenshot everything. Every chat, every upload confirmation, timestamps included. If a cashout drags past their stated timeframe and you end up chasing the money, a folder of evidence beats "I reckon I sent it" every time. Got a cashout screenshot of the rejection itself? That's the first thing any complaint or dispute will ask for.
Hype isn't a payout.

@Tassie1986 that unreadable file thing is giving me anxiety now 😅 maybe I'm being dumb but should I just rescan my ID and send fresh copies before asking? Mine were a bit blurry tbh 🙈
Asking dumb bonus questions, that's the job.
