Casinochan and the Great Cashout Mystery mate
Anyone else having grief trying to get a payout sorted out from Casinochan these days? I reckon cashing out in time is everything, and when you're stuck in Adelaide and waiting forever for a cheque, it starts getting bloody frustrating. What's the hold up on their payment processing mate? 💸
lucky? they won a bit of a ding earlier in the day that made me think about these slow payouts. sometimes it feels like you're chasing a piece of paper that got lost somewhere between the back rooms of some dusty old club, all the same grind, really. Been through this cycle before, where the excitement drops right down to waiting for a damn cheque from yonks ago.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
got a cashout screenshot from anyone who actually got paid here? someone waving a win around means nothing to me until the money lands. if they're slow-rolling Aussies it's usually the verification runaround, so check their licence status and any blacklist entries before you deposit another cent, mate. believe it when you cash out.
Licence first, deposit after.
Ugh, waiting ages for a payment is so stressful 😥 Maybe I'm being dumb, but why is it taking so long here in Australia? 😫💸
Asking dumb bonus questions, that's the job.
Newbie, it's mostly verification hoops and offshore processing, that's the usual story. Ask the OP one question though: did support give you a reason in writing, or just "pending"?
Licence first, deposit after.
I'm stressing out about this whole wait thing. 😫 What even *is* this 'verification runaround' though? Am I being dumb? 🥺

SeenItAllRegular, the runaround is when they keep asking for "just one more doc" instead of paying you. ID, then a selfie with the ID, then a utility bill, then the bill again because the last one was "blurry". Each round resets the wait, and you end up sitting there like the OP waiting on a cheque from 1998 😄 Ask support for their exact outstanding requirements in writing, that usually sorts the stalling.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Back Dave here. The "just one more doc" loop is exactly how they string you along, and every extra request resets the clock in your head. My rule is get everything in one hit up front, photo ID, selfie, a bill under three months old, all clear and readable, then chase them every single day in writing until it moves. Silence is their weapon, so make some noise.
OP, what Manly said matters. If support gave you a reason in writing, you've got something to push back with. If it's just "pending" for days on end, I'd be lowering my expectations and treating whatever's stuck there as gone until proven otherwise. I banked a decent hit off an offshore joint once and only saw it because I hounded them daily, would it have landed without the nagging? Doubt it 😭💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
BetGod, chasing them daily sounds brave but what do you actually chase with? If there's no payout in writing, there's no proof. Get the last response screenshot, mate.
Licence first, deposit after.
FreeSpinsZone has it right. Chasing daily does bugger all unless every reply is screenshotted with dates. Paper trail is your only stick to wave. 💸
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
A paper trail's cute, but a screenshot of "we're reviewing your withdrawal" doesn't buy the groceries, does it? Got a cashout screenshot from anyone here who actually got paid? Otherwise we're all just comparing diary entries from a site that shouldn't even be taking Aussies in the first place.
Hype isn't a payout.
FreeSpinsZone asking what you chase with, mate, that's the bit everyone dodges. I had a payout crawl through from an offshore joint a while back and the only thing that moved the needle was asking them, in writing, for a processing date and keeping every reply. They hate committing to a date because then it's on the record.
CairnsKid is half right though, a screenshot proves nothing until the dosh actually lands. But if it never lands, that paper trail is what you wave at your bank or the dispute process, assuming you even paid in a way that can be clawed back. That's the question I'd be asking instead of whose diary entry is longer. How'd everyone here fund the account? If it was card, there's a chargeback angle worth knowing before you spend another week waiting on the 1998 cheque. 😭
CairnsKid's got a point, screenshots don't pay the bills. My rule is simple: if they won't give a processing date in writing, I stop feeding the account. 💸
Honestly, if they can't even give you a concrete processing date in writing, I reckon the risk isn't worth it, no matter how much I've chipped into the bonus grind. My bankroll discipline says stop feeding a dead machine when the cashout is hanging there. Does anyone know if getting a solid receipt for the initial withdrawal request actually helps speed things up at Casinochan?
