No dumb question at all mate, a PDF off your email is usually fine as long as it shows your name and address and is recent, they just want proof you live where you say. Paper bills are nearly extinct anyway. What I'd do is ask their support directly before depositing, 'cos every outfit seems to want something slightly different and that's exactly where cashouts get stuck. Ah well, we grind on 😉

@MaxWin_Luck don't stress mate, first cashouts almost always get the full KYC treatment everywhere, that's just how it goes. My advice is get your docs sorted BEFORE you request it, id + a bill, upload clean photos. Cuts the wait heaps 🙌
