Missing withdrawal option at Fair Go despite successful deposit
Hi all, just made my first deposit with Fair Go last week and the money went through fine, but when I went to check the withdrawal side the option I expected to see just isn't there 😅 Is this a normal thing or am I missing something? Not chasing a bonus, just want my cashout sorted 🙏 Thanks in advance!
Geelong mate, don't panic. The deposit side always runs smooth as silk, it's the withdrawal menu that plays hide and seek until you've done the account checks. I've been around long enough to know that when a cashout option goes missing it's usually verification or the method not matching what you paid in with, nothing more sinister. Give support a nudge and ask them straight which payout options are open to you. ah well, we grind on 😉
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Same thing happened to me, thought I'd done something dumb 😅 what are these "account checks" exactly, like ID stuff? Do they ask for that before any cashout clears? 🙏
New here, soaking it up.
yeah the ID stuff, that's all it means mate. they want a photo id, a recent bill or bank statement with your address on it, and sometimes a pic of the card you deposited with (blank out the middle numbers). send it once, get verified, and the withdrawal options tend to appear like magic.
turned 50 into 5k once years back and then sat there scratching my head wondering why the cashout button was playing hard to get, turned out they just wanted my docs first. old-school grind, same as always: the deposit side never asks questions, the way out does. get the paperwork in early and you won't be waiting on it when you actually want the money 😉
can confirm the card pic bit. Had to darken the middle digits on mine before they'd even look at it. once that was done the cashier opened right up. ah well, we grind on 😉
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
This thread is a lifesaver for me too 😅 I haven't even got to the cashout bit yet, but good to know the verification comes first. Quick q though. Do they verify before your first withdrawal or can you send docs early? 🙏
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏
So docs can go in early then? I'd rather sort it before my first cashout than wait around 😅

Yeah you can send docs in early, did mine before my first cashout and it saved heaps of waiting 😅 got a A$ win the arvo after, sweet.
Backing my slot to the last spin.

@NumbersHunter yeah sending docs early is the smart move, did the same and cashout went through smooth as 🔥 hit big on my favourite pokie the same arvo too, A$640 🤑 makes the whole verify pain worth it tbh. ah well, everyone else do it early and thank me later 🎰

Same advice from me re: sending docs early, think of it like getting your rego sorted before the road trip rather than waiting for the roadside check. It costs you ten minutes of uploading and removes the single biggest delay from the withdrawal queue.
One nuance worth knowing, though: don't send partial documents. Some folks send the ID first "to test it", then get asked for a utility bill or proof of payment method anyway, and the clock restarts on the whole file. Check their verification list up front, send the complete set in one go, and keep the copies on your drive, if there's ever a dispute on a payout you'll want your own timestamped records, not just theirs.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet 📊

@NumbersHunter saved heaps of waiting AND won same arvo? did you even withdraw that win or is it still spinning in there 😏 house always wins mate
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
lol ArvoKid that hurt a bit because yeah mine sat in there spinning too 😅 did get one cashout out of Fair Go eventually though, docs sent early made it painless, paid within a couple of days. Just wish they'd add a second method to withdraw, feels like one option only and you're stuck if it hiccups... ah well, it's still my favourite spot when it pays 🤑🎰
