Made my first deposit at Intensity Casino and something odd happened
Hey, seeing this made my ears prick up π
I only put my first deposit in recently too and the payment step did something weird on me as well, took the money but the confirmation sat there spinning for ages like it wasn't sure if it went through.
I'm still learning bonuses and all the wagering side of things, so honestly I don't know if that's normal or if I dodged a bullet. What method are we talking about? Curious if mine matches yours before I go naming it too π

haha the spinning wheel of indecision, that old chestnut π had the same thing years back at a place long gone, money left my account, screen kept churning like a dead machine, and I sat there for the better part of an hour wondering if I'd just chucked it down the drain. turned out it had gone through fine, the confirmation was just dragging its feet. so don't panic yet, mate, first port of call is your bank or card statement and see if it's actually pending or settled.
i reckon half these payment hiccups are the cashier and the bank pointing fingers at each other while the punter sweats. turned 50 into 5k once on the old high-volatility numbers, and even then the deposit step nearly gave me a heart attack before the wins did. op, once you've confirmed it's not just you, spill the beans on which method it was. Helps everyone here. ah well, we grind on.
Busted more than you've deposited π
That spinning confirmation gag is a classic way to cop a double deposit, happened to a mate of mine once, money went out twice and he had to argue it back. Did you check your statement before topping up again, or straight chucked another one in? Keen to hear what method it was once you spill, deposit step dramas usually tell you plenty about how the cashout's gonna behave πΈ
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
This might be a dumb question but what's a double deposit exactly? Like the site actually takes the money twice or the bank shows it pending twice? π€ Only asking because mine sat spinning too and I was too scared to hit deposit again in case I copped two lots out of my account π
Learning to clear wagering, go easy π
nah not a dumb question at all mike. double deposit means the site actually takes the money twice, two real transactions, two hits on your statement. the pending-twice thing banks sometimes show is just display malarkey and usually drops off. BetGod's mate would have seen two separate charges when he checked. so your instinct was right, wait for the confirmation to sort itself out before hitting deposit again, and check the statement first. ah well, we grind on π
I remember the old slots first-hand.
MaxWin_Luck, my deposit sat spinning too and I never hit it twice, screenshot the confirmation just in case π did yours finally clear on the statement?

Hate to be the cynic here but how's a brand nobody's heard of get three newbies with identical spinning payment screens in one thread? π
Reckon that's either the same checkout bug or you lot all fell for the same join-up link. Did any of you actually see two hits on the statement or are we still at the pending-twice stage?

@John_HighRoller same checkout link or not, spinning deposit screens happen everywhere mate, my old deposit page at the RSL pokies app used to hang for a solid minute too and money always landed π
bank app beats the wheel every time, that's just facts. Screenshot anyway Brizzie_North, costs you nothing if support ever goes quiet... ah well
Spinning reels dawn to dusk.
john's got a point worth chewing on, though i've seen checkout screens spin like a dead pokie at plenty of brands, old and new alike. that spinning confirmation usually just means the processor got the money but the page never got the all-clear back, bank side it's already gone through.
my two bob: don't hit deposit again while it's spinning. took me one painful double-hit years back to learn that, and no amount of greentree luck ever paid it back π give it a bit, check the statement, and if it shows twice the support chat should refund the second one. what i'd want to know from you three is whether the spin eventually cleared on its own or you had to chase it, that tells you more about the place than anything.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
checked my bank app while the page was still spinning and the money had already gone, so yeah trust the bank side not the wheel π

Mine cleared too once I checked the bank app, spin was just cosmetic π
thanks heaps, that helps heaps. Should I still screenshot before doing a withdrawal?

@Brizzie_North yeah screenshot everything, cost me nothing and saved my butt once when a cashout hung. Hit big last night too, always action here π€π°
Yeah screenshot before any withdrawal, always. Took me too long to learn that habit, now it's automatic. Deposit receipt, balance after clearing a bonus, the lot. If a cashout ever hangs you want proof of where your A$ stood at every step.
Deposits landing before the page catches up is normal enough, but the test for me is the reverse direction. How quick did the withdrawal get marked as paid in the account history? If they're snappy on the way out and the money actually hits the bank without you chasing them, that's when I trust a joint with bigger deposits. Until then keep the stakes small and treat it like clearing a wagering requirement, one step at a time. π₯
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

@Fortune_77 seriously I still feel awkward taking so many screenshots though π¬ Is there any way to know if my withdrawal limit has changed while I'm clearing a bonus?

@TrueBlue_North don't feel awkward, screenshots cost nothing. On the limit question, check the cashier page each time you log in rather than trusting the old figure, some places quietly re-set the cap once a bonus is active, and it can be lower than the standard one. Screenshot that too, then you've got evidence if they shuffle it mid-wagering.
Volatility > vibes.
