had a couple of goes at stake myself out of Mackay and the cashouts are the part that keeps me guessing. first one went through clean, no drama, money landed and I thought ah righto this is easy. second time they wanted the full works, id, a selfie holding the thing, proof of where the funds came from - and that sat there for days while I refreshed the page like a mug. so my honest read: it can go through without drama, but whether you get the smooth run or the interrogation seems to be luck of the draw, and being offshore for us doesn't help if something jams mid-verification. keen to hear if others copped the same stop-start or if I just rolled a bad session on the cashier instead of the pokies 😄 ah well, we grind on.
Busted more than you've deposited 😉

Clean first cashout tells you almost nothing, that's my whole point with these offshore operations. I keep a sheet on verification friction across the sites I've touched, and the pattern is always the same: small early withdrawals sail through, then the check kicks in once your cumulative total or account age triggers their risk rules, and that's when the KYC drama people post about actually starts. So I'd treat your Mackay experience as one data point on a very short sample. The thing I'd want to know before trusting it again: did they ever ask you for ID on that first payout, or did it just move without any check at all? Because an offshore site that processes Australian accounts without touching verification on the way out is the exact scenario where the second withdrawal gets frozen pending documents - and then you're chasing support across time zones. Anyone here had the follow-up cashout go through just as smoothly, months down the track?
RTP is a long-run number.

MissFortune88 mentioned a "cumulative total" triggering the check — what kind of threshold are we talking there? Sorry if that's a dumb question 😅 still learning the withdrawal side

No dumb question at all mate. It just means they add up everything you've pulled out over time, so one small cashout slides through fine, but once your running total hits whatever line they've set internally, the full verification check kicks in. Like when you turn 50 into 5k at the pokies over a few sessions, the club doesn't blink till you go for the one big payout; same idea, the site wants to know who you are before the bigger money walks out the door. So don't judge a site by your first clean withdrawal 😄
It's all hit and busted before, folks.

But nobody's actually saying what the threshold is? Feels like guessing in the dark. Anyone had a check actually kick in mid-total? 🔥
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

@BetGod same, feels like they keep the number secret on purpose. I've only made one small cashout so far so I've got no idea when mine will trip, but ChasingLossesAgain saying it hits mid-total is a bit scary 😅 guess I'll just keep my ID handy and not panic when it happens.

@DaveFortune ohh that actually makes sense, thanks for explaining it properly 🙏 so even if I cashout like A$50 at a time it still stacks up against me eventually? Guess I should just expect the check to hit at some point then. Do they pause your whole balance while it runs or can you still withdraw smaller bits during it? 😅
