The old slots hit different, but the modern KYC queue hits worse 😄 mate I've been through this cycle before more times than I care to count, and the address thing StickySpin mentioned is the classic trap. My licence was current but my bank statement had the old place on it from before I moved, and they bounced it back wanting proof of the new one. Cost me an extra round of emails just for that.
Funny thing is the actual photos were fine first go, crisp licence, clear bill on the kitchen bench under proper light. Lesson I took from it after years of this old-school grind: send more than they ask for up front. If they want two docs, I'll chuck in three and a little note saying here's everything. The address mismatch got me too, years back at another joint. Card statement had my old place on it and they knocked the doc back twice before I twigged they wanted the bank to reprint it with the current address, not just a bill with my name on it. Lesson learnt, I now update everything the week I move, not the week I cash out 😄

Still working out what order these places want everything in, and how long the whole wait usually runs once the docs actually go through 🤔

My trick with the KYC dance was to upload everything before they even asked, licence and a fresh bank statement together, and it sailed through without a single knockback. Lesson learned after a few stoushes with other joints years back, ah well, we grind on 😉
