Mine was just the usual mob, licence plus a recent bill, and once the docs were legible it ticked over without drama. Worth checking the file sizes and that every corner of the licence is visible, blurry uploads are what seem to leave these KYC queues sitting for days. On a small spin sample I'd say most of the wait is the review backlog, so maybe give support a nudge and ask them to flag yours. 📊

Had the same drama at Wolf Winner, mine sat for ages until I reshot the licence against a white bench in decent light. Blur and glare were the killers, they never told me, just sat on it. Once the pics were sharp it cleared quick as. Try that before you chase support again 😅

Sorry if this is a dumb question, total noob here 😅 but when you all say "recent bill" for the KYC, does a normal utility bill from the last couple of months count, or does it have to be something else? Mine's got my old address on it which I'm guessing would be a problem?

No dumb question at all mate. Recent bill just means a utility bill, power or water, usually within the last couple of months, showing your name and current address. The old address one would likely bounce it, same as a blurry licence would. Just reshot mine on a white bench in good light and it went through fine, ah well, we grind on 😉

Old address on a bill will sink you every time, been there. Back when I did mine for a different mob the power bill had last year's place on it and they just sat on the file for a week. Easiest fix is your bank statement, shows current address and your name same as a bill does, worth a crack if the utilities are slow arriving 😉

Colour me sceptical about the white bench trick fixing everything, Tassie. Half the time these places sit on the file regardless and the photo quality is just the excuse they give you when you chase them. WageringReq, mine was the usual licence plus a bill, nothing weird, but it still took a while before anyone looked at it. No chasing seemed to move it faster either.
Dave's story doesn't surprise me one bit. They'll happily take your deposits all week then go quiet the second a doc has last year's address on it. Keen to hear if yours actually cleared once you reshot it, or if it was just luck of the draw with whoever picked up the file that day 😅
ManlySouth has a point, I've been through this cycle before and the photo quality excuse is often just the default reply you get when you chase them. That said, retaking the docs on a flat white bench cost me nothing and did seem to move things along the second time. My tip for the noob too, ring your power company and grab a fresh bill with the current address, beats waiting on the old one to bounce.
