Fair Go Casino withdrawals - how heavy was the KYC check?
Before I drop a deposit I always want to know how ugly the KYC gets. Chasing a bonus then getting stonewalled at cashout is the worst feeling going. Anyone here cleared a withdrawal with just the basics, or did they want the whole folder certified? Keen to hear before I have a slap. 💸
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
fair dune, Fortune_77. I've been bitten enough times to expect the works. An older fella like me doesn't gamble with documents any more: I ask support up front exactly what they want at cashout, get it in writing, then decide if the deposit's worth it. If they go vague on you before you've put a dollar in, imagine how vague they'll be after. Ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
LeeManly I'm the same, would love to see an actual paid screenshot before I trust it 😅 I'm new to all this, still learning bonuses, and the idea of winning a bit then getting asked for a certified document folder makes me hesitate to even deposit. Might do what SlotAddict said and get support to spell out the KYC in writing first. Anyone actually done that and had them answer straight? 🙏
Learn something new about casinos every day.
Mike, "certified" just means someone official — like a JP or a copper at the station - has sighted your original doc and stamped/signed the copy as a true copy. Most casinos want that for ID or a utility bill if the standard upload doesn't satisfy them, which is usually where the cashout drags. Greed's the fast lane, paperwork's the toll booth 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Funny how the "certified copy" hurdle only shows up when it's time to pay you, never when you're depositing. Got a cashout screenshot from Fair Go where the checks were actually light? Believe it when someone cashes out.
Hype isn't a payout.
CairnsKid nails it for me. They take your deposit in two minutes with zero questions, then suddenly you're hunting down a JP at the post office on a Saturday. My rule is simple: get the ID folder in before I even clear wagering, that way the cashout wait is just the wait, not a fresh saga. Anyone done it that way with Fair Go? 🔥
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
BetGod's "clear wagering first" plan sounds tidy, but plenty of places start the clock on KYC only after you request the withdrawal. Anyone here actually got paid from Fair Go, or is it all hearsay?
Licence first, deposit after.
Had a JP stamp three docs for me on a Tuesday arvo and it was the most useful ten minutes I've spent on this hobby. Anyone waiting until the withdrawal request to start the KYC dance is doing it wrong in my book, you're giving the casino a free excuse to sit on your bankroll while they "review" whatever you send next. My routine is get the folder in early, same week I deposit, so when the wagering clears there's nothing left between me and the cashout but their processing queue.
Fair Go specifically? No idea how heavy their checks run, that's why I'm lurking this thread too. But I've copped enough "one more doc please" emails over the years to know the pattern - the casino that asks for the works up front is honestly easier to deal with than the one that drips it out. Painful either way when you've hit decent and just want the funds out. 😭💸
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
Gotta laugh at Gary getting a JP to stamp his docs on a Tuesday arvo like it's a civic duty 😏 but fair shout, better than sitting on a payout for weeks.
Here's my thing though. Everyone in this thread's talking theory, not one punter's actually come back and said "yeah, they paid me, checks were this or that." Manly_North asked it straight and got crickets. I've heard word the Fair Go checks run light for some, heavy for others, but hear-say's worth bugger all when it's your cash hanging in the balance. Bit odd that nobody with an actual paid cashout has piped up yet, eh? 🤫
Word is… but you didn't hear it 🤫
Anyone here actually been paid by Fair Go yet, or still all theory? I'd get the KYC folder sorted before depositing, sitting on a payout over paperwork is dead money. 💸
@John_HighRoller been paid a couple times mate, last one landed in like two days once the docs were already in 🔥 got my folder sorted before I even deposited and zero dramas. This casino pays, trust me. Anyone still waiting on paperwork is just mucking around...
Backing my slot to the last spin.
Same here, docs sorted before my first deposit made the payout painless. Gary's JP trick is genuinely good prep. Dead money while waiting on paperwork, spot on John.
Volatility > vibes.

Two days, sure, until the week they ask for six months of bank statements and suddenly you're the example 😏 So where's the profit after those couple payouts, or did it all ride back through? A win on paper right up until the cheque clears.
A paper win won't feed you.
