Fair Go cashout got stuck at the KYC check
Had the same stuck-pending pain with a withdrawal there, felt like the cashout clock just froze πΈ. From memory they wanted ID, a recent utility bill and proof of the card/account side before it cleared. Worth uploading those upfront so you're not doing two rounds of KYC. Anyone hit a lighter document list lately?
BigWinOrBustHQ's tip is a fair one β sending the lot upfront saved me a second round last time I got stuck in KYC limbo. From memory it was the usual: photo ID, a bill with your address on it, and whatever the card side needed. Greed and impatience bust more banks than the paperwork ever will, so just get it all in one go and wait it out π
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Had the same freeze at Fair Go last year, sat in pending for a while before anyone asked for anything. ID, a bill and the card copy sounds right from my run-in too, just make sure the card shot shows the last few digits and covers the name, they knocked mine back first go over a glare on the plastic. I'll believe it's smooth when I see the money actually land.
Licence first, deposit after.
This thread is putting my mind at ease a bit, not gonna lie π
I'm still learning bonuses and this is my first proper cashout anywhere, so seeing three people say the same list (ID, bill, card shot) makes me feel less like I'm missing something obvious.
Quick question though, for the bill, does it have to be a utility one or will a bank statement with the address on it do? I'm at a student place and the bills are in my landlord's name, so maybe I'm being dumb but that could be a problem? And cheers Manly_North for the glare tip, I'll retake mine in decent light before I send anything, don't want a knock-back round π
Learning to clear wagering, go easy π
Three blokes all "remembering" the same document list is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. You actually got the cashout through, or did Fair Go eventually find one more thing to knock back? Got a cashout screenshot of the funds landing? Believe it when it hits the account, everything before that is just their pending pile.
Licence first, deposit after.
no dumb question at all Adelaide, better to ask than get knocked back like some of us did π
the card shot means a photo of the actual plastic, front of the card, showing the first bit of the name and only the last few digits of the number (cover the middle numbers with your finger before you snap it, they only want enough to match it to you). not a screenshot of your banking app, that's a separate thing if they even ask for it. took a pic of mine under the kitchen light first go and they bounced it for glare, so do it somewhere flat and bright. a snapshot of the account itself is a different doc, that's if they want proof the account you're withdrawing to is actually yours.
same goes for the bill: a photo or pdf of a utility bill with your name and address on it, recent. keep it simple, send exactly what they list, nothing more. ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
The KYC drag is annoying but honestly it's cheaper than the alternative, I'd rather send the photo of the card once than chase a knocked-back withdrawal for weeks πΈ. Adelaide, SlotAddict's got it right, actual plastic in the photo, middle digits covered. My rule: upload exactly what they list, nothing extra, because every extra doc you volunteer just invites another request.
CairnsKid, mate, wanting a screenshot's fair enough but the logic's simple from where I sit - the pending withdrawal only moves when the docs move, so every day I sit on it is a day my bankroll's parked doing nothing. Went through the same stall there myself and just sent the lot in one go: ID, utility bill, card shot with the middle digits covered. Done in one pass, no back-and-forth knockbacks. That's the real cost of being stingy with paperwork, you upload half of it, they ask for the other half anyway, and the cashout sits frozen while you muck around π
Only advice I'd add: check the file quality before you send. A blurry snap of the plastic is the fastest way to get bounced back to square one.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
CairnsKid asking for screenshots like it's a court case π mate, I've been on this forum long enough to know the real question here. Everyone's arguing about card photos while the withdrawal sits in pending doing sweet nothing, but did they actually let you withdraw in the end, Tassie? That's the bit nobody answers πΈ
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
CairnsKid, the screenshot obsession misses the point a bit, every cashout I've had sit in pending behind KYC cleared the moment the docs ticked over, that's just how the machine works. For me the maths is simple: while the withdrawal's stuck I can't touch those A$ for another session, so dragging it out over a couple of docs costs me more than the upload ever will πΈ
Op, my rule's been to send exactly what they name in the request, nothing extra. If they ask for ID plus a bill, that's it. Don't volunteer card photos or bank statements they never mentioned, and if they come back asking for more, that's when I weigh up whether the payout's worth the next round of paperwork π Cashing out in time is everything, and half the pain here is folks uploading shotgun-style then wondering why the file's sitting under review.

BetGod, "that's just how the machine works" is doing a lot of lifting there π docs ticked over and mine STILL sat pending another week, ah well. Fair Go wanted everything but my bloody birth certificate π₯π°
Backing my slot to the last spin.
Been through the Fair Go doc round myself. What saved me a second upload was sending the utility bill and card front together straight up, half-masking the numbers. They only came back once for a better scan of the card, then the pending flipped that same day ππΈ. Every extra request costs you a day, so front-load it.
ManlySouth's approach is the go, send the lot in one hit and you're not stuck doing three rounds of uploads. Clearing the KYC in profit beats sitting in pending another week πΈπΈ

Sure thing, you reckon it's all just the machine working its magic then. Maybe for you itβs smooth sailing, but that kind of instant clearance sounds like a nice little paper win, right. Itβs always interesting to hear the tales from people who manage to get through the hoops without getting totally binned in limbo.
Because honestly, they wanna keep you chasing the big one, don't they. Let everyone think the process is fine until some poor punter gets stuck in a pending loop for a fortnight. Did you even withdraw that cashout, or is it still just sitting there waiting for a better story to come along? π€‘πΈπ

AlmostHadItRegret mate my Fair Go cashout took nearly two weeks in pending, no win at all π
Sending everything in one go is the go though, saved me a second round π₯
