Fair Go asked me for KYC docs before my cashout
Hit my cashout on Fair Go last week and the KYC request landed before a cent moved π Mostly they want photo ID and something with your address on it, plus proof the payment method is yours, get those docs clear and matching your account name or you'll be stuck in the loop. Anyone actually had theirs cleared quick, or does the review drag?
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
The KYC loop's worse than a dead machine, mate π been through it a few times myself, what sorted me was making sure the name on the card statement matched the account exactly, a utility bill as address proof, and nothing cropped or blurry in the photo ID. Send it all in one clean batch and don't touch any pokies sessions with the balance while they're checking, they get twitchy over that. Patience pays here; rushing re-uploads just puts you at the back of the queue again.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
BetGod, did they actually pay you in the end or are you still in the loop? Anyone can describe the KYC list, got a cashout screenshot? Deadset agree on one thing though: every doc has to match the account name letter for letter, one initial missing and the check just sits there.
Licence first, deposit after.
No dumb question at all, mate π a phone bill counts fine, so does electricity, gas or water, basically anything that's got your name and address on it and looks like an official account, not a random envelope. Bank statements usually work too if the bills are in someone else's name. One tip from my own busted-and-won days: make sure it's recent and matches the account name exactly, or the check just sits there like a dead machine.
Took me two goes at Fair Go once because I'd snapped my licence with a glare on the plastic π redid it flat on a dark table, natural light, all four corners visible and it cleared same day. Mike, bank statement's the safest bet if the bills are late, name, address and the bank letterhead on one page does the job.
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
BetGod, "get those docs clear and matching", easy to say. Did the withdrawal actually land? Screenshot of the paid cashout or it's still just a KYC checklist to me.

@Manly_North the scepticism is fair, but I'd flip it: even with a paid screenshot in hand, what does it actually prove for the next punter? On a small withdrawal sample one payout landing tells you very little about how they'll treat a bigger cashout. My two Fair Go checks cleared fine years back, though the wait was longer than the advertised window both times. If your concern is payment risk, the doc-matching advice is still the part that actually matters.
RTP is a long-run number.

Fair dinkum, Manly, I've cleared KYC there and the cashout did land after, that's the part most punters never screenshot cos once it's paid you forget about the drama. My tip: keep the name on your payment method identical to your ID, cos that's where mine stalled first go π
took the second attempt to match up before they paid.
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
CairnsKid, fair point but I've had this exact dance at Fair Go twice now and both times the money landed after the checks. The screenshots thing is real though. By the time it hits the account you're already spinning it back and nobody's bothered saving the receipt π
My take: send everything first go, clear flat photos, name matching the account exactly, proof the card or wallet is yours, and don't touch the bet size mid-wagering either, they'll look at the playthrough when you cash out. Biggest tip I can give anyone, cashing out in time is everything, and half the dramas punters whinge about come from waiting until they need the money urgently. Got any docs sitting with them right now, or are you just watching this thread from the fence?
Took my cashout at Fair Go last year after sending my licence and a power bill, landed in my account a couple days later no drama π₯π° everyone screenshots the complaint and forgets to post the paid part lol. KYC before payout is just standard these days, would be more sus if a casino DIDN'T ask...
One slot, one love π°
Still working through my first bonus at Fair Go so haven't hit the cashout stage yet π
but this thread is handy. Good to hear the licence + power bill combo worked for you Tassie24. So they asked before you even requested the withdrawal, or after? Trying to get my head around when the KYC usually kicks in π€

Sent Fair Go my licence and a power bill last time, cashout hit no worries π€ just snap em quick and you're right... got a decent one pending now actually, ah well
Spinning reels dawn to dusk.

@Brizzie24 fair point, one paid screenshot proves nothing. But I've cleared KYC with them twice and both cashouts landed fine, so my sample says they pay. Just send the docs quick πΈ

@Dave_RTP two clean cashouts is a fair sample by casino standards. Sent mine quick too, power bill was a week old and they still took it, ah well, we grind on
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Same boat here, first bonus still working through the wagering and I was wondering about this π
maybe I'm being dumb but does the power bill need to be recent, or will an old one from the letterbox pile do? Got mine sorted just in case I guess π
New here, soaking it up.
