Finally someone opened this up, been circling Heaps Of Wins myself for a bit. Looking at it purely from the cashout side: I'd want to know exactly what the KYC asks for before I chuck a deposit in, ID, utility bill, card front if that's even an option - because the last thing I want is a win sitting frozen while I chase paperwork around.

Just before I chuck a deposit in, when people say "utility bill" for the KYC, does a phone bill from my telco count or does it have to be like electricity or water? 😅 Total noob here and I don't want to send the wrong doc and sit waiting. A phone bill counts fine, mate. They just want proof you live where you say you live, so anything with your name and address on it from the last couple of months will do. I've used a power bill and once a bank statement when the gas bill was buried in a drawer somewhere. Just make sure it's not blurry and the address matches your ID, that's where most of these checks get stuck.

DaveFortune's right about the docs, and I'd add one thing from my own run-ins with these offshore checks. They'll often ask for a photo of you holding your ID next to your face if something looks off, so don't be shocked when that request lands. Had a mate in Belconnen grumbling about exactly that stage once; everything else went through fine, it was just the selfie bit he hadn't expected.
Also worth keeping copies of everything you send in, dated. That way if the verification stalls you've got proof of what you lodged and when, instead of arguing from memory 😄 ah well, we grind on.

pdf bank statements are fine in my experience, Adelaide, that's what i sent last time and it went through no drama. only advice i'd add is make sure the pdf isn't a screenshot of a statement, some of these checkers get fussy about that and bounce it back, then you're sitting there twiddling thumbs for another week. i've been busted more banks than you've deposited over the years and honestly the doc side of it never changed much, id, a bill with your name and address, done. turned 50 into 5k once at an old venue machine years back and the payout desk wanted less paperwork than some of these online joints 😄 ah well, we grind on

@WageringReq_FC same here, pdf straight from the bank's website went through first go for me. Only drama I had was when I tried saving a screenshot as pdf, bounced it straight back. Also worth checking the pdf has your name and address on the same page, one of these checkers split my statement across pages once and stalled the whole cashout an extra week 😭
