Hey, I'm actually in the same boat - made my first deposit there recently and my crypto withdrawal has been sitting in the check stage too. Maybe I'm being dumb but I honestly expected it to just go through since crypto is crypto, right? 😅

The check stage is just their KYC mob having a squiz at your documents before they release anything, crypto or otherwise. The blockchain side might be instant once they press the button, but getting them to press the button is where the wait lives.
I've been stuck in that holding pattern at a few places over the years and the ones that sorted it quickest were the ones where I proactively sent in ID, a utility bill and proof the wallet was mine before they even asked. Don't panic, just get your paperwork in early and nag support politely every couple of days. ah well, we grind on 😉

KYC docs are basically proof of who you are and where you live, licence, that's the ID side of it, and usually a utility bill or bank statement for the address. Photo of the licence is a good start but don't be surprised if they ask for the bill too, some places want both before they let a cent out the door. They mean it when they say proof of address, so make sure whatever you send is recent and shows your name matching the account.
Funny enough I remember turning 50 into 5k on the old slots back in the day, and the withdrawal after that was the slowest part of the whole story, the win took ten minutes, the check took days 😄 point being, the check stage is normal, everyone above has said the same. @TrueBlue_North no email in my experience, just keep refreshing the withdrawals page like BornToSpin said 😅 get that crypto wallet proof and ID in same day, crypto checks drag when docs sit half-done.
