Anyone actually cashed out from Axe Casino yet?
Docs uploaded and the wait begins, worst part of any cashout imo, that queue-refresh stage. I've had KYC from offshore sites treat Aussies no differently, just a licence and a bill usually. Keen to hear if anyone here actually got the cheque through from Axe, and how long the check sat before it moved. 💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Same here with the offshore checks, mate — they've never once asked me for anything extra just because I'm clicking from Canberra. Doc's a licence and a bill, they eyeball it, done. The queue-refresh stage is the killer though, I've worn out more F5 buttons than bankrolls 😄 ah well, we grind on
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Hope it's okay to ask a dumb one 😅 when you say a bill, does a normal power bill with my Cairns address work, or does it need to be recent? Still learning bonuses and all this 🙏

No dumb questions, mate, we've all been there. A "bill" just means a utility bill, power, water, gas, with your name and Cairns address on it, and most places want it from the last couple of months so they know you actually live there. If yours is older than that, grab a fresh one off your provider's app, upload it with the licence and you're set. Greed makes you rush the docs, patience gets you paid 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Thanks DaveFortune, that helps 🙏 I've got my ACT licence uploaded and I'm hoping my power bill from my Canberra place counts since it's fairly recent. So KYC won't get trickier just because we're Aussies then? I'll try not to F5 my inbox to death 😅

TrueBlue, my ACT licence plus a fresh power bill went through clean for an offshore check once. Turned 50 into 5k on that same account, so the KYC didn't slow the good days either 😉
Haven't personally cleared a cashout from Axe yet, so keen to see how yours lands. My experience with the offshore checks is the same as the others here though. Licence and a recent bill did the job, no extra hoops for being Aussie. Docs get uploaded, then it's just the queue-refresh torture till someone hits approve.
Bankroll discipline says don't touch anything while it's pending either, no rebuys while they're verifying, otherwise you give them a reason to re-check everything. Let us know when it hits, reckon a few of us are watching this one 👀🎰
@John_HighRoller same combo worked fine for me elsewhere, so should be sweet. Cashed out a small A$ win from Axe last month and it landed no dramas 🔰💰
Backing my slot to the last spin.

@John_HighRoller same here, no personal payout from Axe yet either, so watching this thread with interest. One thing I'd add to the doc list: if your power bill shows a different address than your licence (moved recently?), sort that mismatch before you submit, because that's the one thing that stalls a second-round check in my experience.
Only genuinely useful tip I have for the withdrawer: once KYC clears, test with a small cashout first before you build anything bigger on the balance. If a A$100 withdrawal takes two weeks and three nudges to the support queue, you want to learn that before there's A$2k sitting there. RTP and volatility matter long-run, but payout friction is what actually decides whether a venue's worth your time. Anyone here timed their withdrawal from request to bank? That number tells me more than any welcome page. 📊
Do the EV, then spin.

@OneMoreDepositDenier good shout on the address thing, my licence and bill actually mismatch too 😅 did a move last year. So I'd need to update one of them first before cashing out? Still learning bonuses, go easy on me 🙏
Geelong_True, nah you don't need to update anything before playing - the mismatch only matters at KYC, and a fresh bill at your new address plus the licence usually covers it. I've had checks ask for exactly that combo. What I want to know is how long Axe actually takes to pay once you're verified, that's where offshore places differ 😅
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Cashed out from Axe too, small A$ amount, hit my account pretty quick actually 🔥 Fortune_77 is spot on, bill + licence sorted me right out... tempted to go back for round two, ah well 🤑

Is the address check actually done before the cashout, or only when I log in later? 🥺 I still feel really lost on how this stuff works tbh 🙏

@Fortune_77 so the KYC only kicks in at cashout, good to know. Maybe I'm being dumb but does the bill need to be recent, like this month's? 🤔
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.
