Anyone actually cashed out from Surge Casino from Australia yet?
Been eyeing Surge myself but I'm in the same boat, mate. My whole system runs on knowing the cashout path BEFORE the deposit goes on, clear the wagering, bank the win, pull it out quick. If there's a decent chance the withdrawal sits in KYC limbo for weeks, that changes whether I bother having a slap on there at all.
So yeah, watching this thread hard. Anyone here actually got a withdrawal through from Australia yet? Curious how deep the verification went and whether anyone got stuck at that check after the win landed. 💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
BetGod, funny you mention the cashout path first, I had the KYC wall chew up a decent win years ago and it cured me of depositing blind. Kept everything handy after that: id, a recent bill with my address, and a bank statement, all before I ever have a slap. Nobody here seems to have actually pulled money out of Surge yet though, which is the part that'd worry me. I'd hold off till someone on this thread posts a real withdrawal story 😉
BetGod, same logic here - got a cashout screenshot from anyone on Surge? Happy stories without proof are just advertising in my book. ChasingLossesAgain has the right idea having the ID and bills ready, though that still doesn't tell us a thing about whether they actually pay Aussies out or stall at verification till you give up. Someone post the withdrawal receipt first, then we talk about deposits.
Hype isn't a payout.
This might be a dumb question 😅 but when you say KYC wall, is that just them asking for ID before the withdrawal, or can it hit mid-wagering too? Still learning bonuses here 🙏

no dumb question at all mate, everyone starts somewhere. kyc wall just means the casino asking for id proof before (or while) they'll let you cash out. Passport or licence, sometimes a bill with your address, sometimes a bank statement. mostly it hits when you go to withdraw, but plenty of places will spring it mid-wagering too if something looks off, so don't be shocked if it shows up early.
way i see it, that check is where offshore sites test your patience, they've had your deposit in seconds, now suddenly the withdrawal needs three documents and a wait. that's exactly why the fellas above get their paperwork sorted before having a slap anywhere new. reckon the real question on this thread is whether surge actually pays out once the docs are in, and nobody's shown proof yet. seen bigger promises than that, never seen the money 😄
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Can't answer the "do they pay Aussies" bit because I haven't touched Surge yet, but I can tell you KYC can absolutely hit mid-wagering, not just at the cashout. Had an offshore place freeze my account while I was still clearing a bonus once - balance locked until the paperwork went through. Since then I do it ChasingLossesAgain's way: licence, bill, bank statement all uploaded before the first deposit even goes on. If they balk at verification before you've got money riding, that tells you plenty about how they'll behave when there's a win sitting there.
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
A locked mid-bonus balance from Fortune's story is exactly what worries me. Has anyone here actually cleared KYC at Surge and seen money land, or is this whole thread still guessing? Screenshot or it didn't happen.
Licence first, deposit after.
Same boat as LeeManly, no screenshots floating around yet from what I've seen. For me the KYC risk is manageable, it's the deposit path that decides it, if money goes on easy but the cashout route is murky, that's where blokes get stuck. I won't touch a slap on there till someone posts proof of cleared funds hitting an Aussie bank. 😭💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
@BetHunter same rule I run by, no paid screenshot, no A$ of mine going near it. Missed hits sting less than a balance stuck in KYC purgatory, reckon I lost a good one years ago at another joint that went murky on the way out. Cashing out in time is everything 💸
Yeah I'm sitting on my first deposit elsewhere so maybe I'm being dumb, but I'd want a paid cashout screenshot before touching Surge too 😅 What payment method even works for Aussies there?
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.
Watching this one too. Bankroll discipline says no deposit till someone posts a paid withdrawal. I'd rather miss the hit than wear a locked balance. 💸
@Esky_24 you're not being dumb, you're the only one in this thread making sense 😂 everyone else is just circling waiting for someone else to eat the KYC test first. Payment method for Aussies is honestly the easy bit — cards are off the table anyway since last year, so it'll be crypto or nothing, and that's the murkiest cashout lane of all. Post the screenshot or it didn't happen, and till then the house always wins 🤡💸
A paper win won't feed you.

@MultiplierGG564 I'm actually that punter considering eating the KYC test first with my last A$50 😅 I've only done one withdrawal ever and that went fine, so Surge would be my first proper test. What's the smallest deposit people usually risk for this sort of thing?
New here, soaking it up.
