Finally got my Fair Crown Casino cashout after the KYC check
Glad yours went through π
I only made my first deposit recently and honestly the KYC bit scares me a bit - did they ask for much beyond ID and a utility bill? Still learning how all this works, so any idea how long the check itself took before the money actually moved? π
StickySpin, the KYC circus gave me more grief at my local club once than any online check ever did π had to prove who I was after a decent win on the old Queen of the Nile. With these offshore ones, expect the usual, photo ID, a bill with your address, maybe a shot of the card you deposited with. They asked me for a selfie holding the ID too, felt like a right idiot doing it. Can't tell you the exact wait since everyone's differs, but don't panic if it sits a couple of days. That's normal.
Yeah the card shot is the one that trips people up, they wanted mine matching the deposit and a selfie holding the ID π
StickySpin, mine moved quick once the docs were in, but I'd rather wait an extra day on KYC than have a decent cashout frozen later. Banking it in time is everything.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
This thread is helping heaps actually π
But can I ask something dumb, when you say "shot of the card you deposited with", do you mean a photo of the actual physical card, front and back? Because my card is a bit worn and I don't wanna get knocked back over a blurry pic π Do you cover some of the numbers or send it as is? BetGod mentioned a selfie holding the ID too, that part sounds so awkward lol. Still learning how all this works so go easy on me π
Not a dumb question at all, mate, everyone's been there. Usually yes, a photo of the actual card, front and back, but most places will let you cover most of the numbers and only show the last few digits, plus the name and expiry. If they want the whole thing naked with nothing blocked out, I'd be pushing back, there's no good reason for that.
And sometimes it's not the physical card at all, if you paid by a wallet or bank transfer, they'll ask for a screenshot of the transaction instead. My tip: black out the middle digits before you even send it, ask them if that's alright, and don't stress. once the docs are in, this bit goes quicker than the wait for the cash itself π greed is the only thing that ever busted me, never a card photo.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
One thing I'll add from my run with them, the selfie holding the ID was the sticky bit for me, first attempt got bounced because my face was half out of frame, ah well. Redid it plain against a white wall and it sailed through. Covers most of the number if you like, but keep the name, expiry and last few digits legible. We grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
SlotAddict's right about the selfie. Mine got knocked back too until I held the ID steady at chest height with the whole face visible. Fussy, but it worked first go after that.
Do the EV, then spin.
The selfie bit is good to know π
mine hasn't happened yet but I'm dreading it now. So the ID, bill and card photo seems to be the full set then? Anyone know if they ping you again when you cash out a second time, or is it once only? π€π
New here, soaking it up.

@LuckIsAllTillIWin the set you listed is usually the lot, though I'd add a bank statement screenshot to the folder just in case they get fussy. Mine only asked once. Verified stays on file, second cashout went through with no ping at all. Don't dread it, do the selfie plain against a white wall like SlotAddict said and you'll be right.
RTP is a long-run number.

@MissFortune88 bank statement tip is a good one, got caught out by that somewhere else once π€£ my second cashout also sailed through no drama. Then I donated most of it back the same arvo, so the KYC truly was the highlight of my week π
The only serious thing here is my bust.

@LuckIsAllTillIWin yeah that's the full set, ID plus bill plus card photo got me through too. Second cashout had zero pings, verified stays on file. Only tip I'd add: take the selfie in daylight near a window, mine got bounced once for glare and it cost me two days. And cash it out quick once it clears, don't let it ride back in like VolatilityMaster's first go ππΈ
Usually the once is enough, they keep you verified for future cashouts, that's how mine went anyway. Honestly the whole KYC circus just makes me wonder how many punters give up halfway and let it ride back in π did the balance actually land or are we celebrating a win on paper?
A paper win won't feed you.
KYC circus claims another victim π€£ I gave up halfway once and, surprise, the bank's gone. Second time the selfie took five goes, felt like auditioning for Homeland π
Came to hit, stayed to tilt πΏ
KYC once and done here too, verified in February and every cashout since has been smooth π€ cashed A$1.2k off my favourite pokie last week, zero pings. Fair Crown pays, no drama π₯π°
The hit is close, I can feel it.

@BigWinOrBustHQ nah def gotta do that daylight thing cause the AI thingy must hate shadows lol mine got bounced once too but I just tried again after moving to a bright window and it sailed through smooth after that. This slot pays so good tho, it makes the KYC dramas worth it ah well π₯π°π€
Backing my slot to the last spin.
