Anyone had a slap at cashing out from Pure Casino lately?
Did my first withdrawal from Pure Casino last week too, and the KYC bit has me second-guessing everything 😅 Maybe I'm being dumb but I still don't fully get what they actually want, I sent my licence and a utility bill, and now I keep checking my email every hour worried something got flagged. They had me upload the docs twice, which made me panic a bit, but no one's said why.

ha, the email-refreshing stage, been there Adelaide 😄 only advice from my side: send a clear full-page photo, no fingers over the corners and no glare, mine got bounced once purely for a shadow on the licence, re-sent it and it sailed through. offshore site or not, their checks run like any other, just don't make them guess what they're looking at. ah well, we grind on.

Phone bill counts fine, mate, they just want proof you live where you say you live. Gas, electricity, water, phone, any of those with your name and address and less than 90 days on it will do. Greed kills the patience you need for these checks, so send it clean the first time 😉

Got a cashout screenshot once it lands? Sounds cynical I know, but offshore shops accepting Aussies means there's no regulator here backing you up if they stall the payout after KYC. My own experience with one of these offshore places: licence and bill went through fine, then they sat on the actual withdrawal for ages and asked for a bank statement out of nowhere at the payment stage. So have that handy too. A statement showing the account the deposit came from, same name, nothing scribbled out.saved me a second round of email ping-pong.
