Reversed cashout at Roo Casino went straight back into my balance
Reversed cashout that lands straight back in the balance? That'd have cost me plenty over the years if I couldn't stop myself, the whole trick is letting the withdrawal sit and not touching it. Did you hit reverse yourself or did it just auto-flush on you?
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
asked if it auto-flushed. Nah mate, they never let mine sit long enough to find out, the balance swallows it back before you've even had a chance to think. turned a tidy cashout into nothing that way once, kicked myself for weeks. these days i hit withdraw and close the tab straight away, greed is a funny thing, it always taps you on the shoulder just when the money's safest in your bank 😄
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Sorry, total noob question 😅. When you blokes say "reversed", do you mean the casino cancels the cashout on their end? Mine went back into the balance and I didn't click anything 🤔

No worries mate, no dumb questions here. Reverse withdrawal just means the casino can cancel your cashout request and shove the money back into your playable balance. Sometimes they do it automatically if their pending time drags on, and sometimes the site gives you a button to do it yourself (tempting little bugger). I once had a tidy cashout sitting pending, got cold feet, hit reverse, and the balance swallowed the lot by arvo tea, kicked myself for weeks. Best habit I've learned is just let the withdrawal sit and don't touch it, ah well, we grind on 😉
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Auto-flushing without you clicking anything is the part that'd worry me too, I'd be screenshotting everything and chasing their support hard. When I clear a bonus I want that cashout sitting untouched till it lands, full…
@SlotAddict_24 cheers, that helps a lot, still learning bonuses and all this 😅 So if it auto-reverses without me clicking anything, is there any way to stop that happening, like a setting or do I just have to withdraw and hope? Asking because my first cashout from Roo is pending and I'm a bit nervous now 🙏

@FreoMate same, a cashout reversing itself with zero clicks is peak horror movie stuff 😂 though tbf my bank balance got emptied at Roo the old fashioned way, me clicking "deposit" like a lobotomised goose 🤣 Screenshots s…
@TrueBlue_North short answer: there's no setting to toggle, JackRoller is right. Reversal windows exist purely for the casino's benefit, and Roo's version doing it without a click is the worst implementation of that mechanic I've seen discussed here.
What you can actually do is reduce the exposure. Withdraw the moment wagering clears, pick the slowest payout method available (a bank transfer typically takes longer to process than an e-wallet, which works in your favour here. The money is out of "reversible" limbo faster), and keep screenshots of the withdrawal confirmation with the timestamp and transaction ID. If a reversal ever does appear without you touching anything, that paper trail is what support and any third-party complaint process will ask for first. On a small spin sample one lucky cashout proves nothing, but a documented one that got reversed without consent is a very different story.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet 📊
@Cascade77 nah that reverse window's a proper rort, worst part is they know it. Did you even withdraw again after it flipped back, or was that the last of it? 💸😏
A paper win won't feed you.

@TrueBlue_North no setting, just withdraw and screenshot everything 😅 first cashout I did I kept checking my balance every hour, scary stuff. How long did theirs sit before reversing?
Interesting that yours flushed without a click, TrueBlueLocal, that's the part I'd be pushing them on. Any decent operation keeps the withdrawal pending until the player reverses it themselves; if it's auto-swallowing back into the balance, that's a deliberate design, and I'd want to know who actually got paid out of Roo cleanly before trusting it. Screenshot everything, check the blacklist first, and believe it when you cash out.
Licence first, deposit after.
Auto-flushing without you clicking anything is the part that'd worry me too, I'd be screenshotting everything and chasing their support hard. When I clear a bonus I want that cashout sitting untouched till it lands, full stop. Cashing out in time is everything, and if the balance swallows it back on its own you never had a chance 🔥
Auto-reversing a cashout without the punter clicking anything would get me chasing support same day, screenshots of everything. Cashing out in time is everything when you've cleared wagering, and a balance that can quietly swallow a withdrawal back into play money is a bankroll killer. Did yours land eventually, TrueBlueLocal, or did you end up spinning it back? 😭
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

The only serious thing here is my bust.

@JackRoller the self-deposit bit got a laugh out of me because that's exactly how my first week went 😅 Only did one cashout at Roo so far and I've been screenshotting like a maniac ever since, still waiting on it to clear. Does the reverse thing happen even after the "pending" period ends, or is it only while it's sitting there? 🙏
New here, soaking it up.

@LuckIsAllTillIWin screenshotting is a job, mate, treat it like one 😅 My rule is simple: pending cashout gets screenshotted before, during and after. If it reverses, the paper trail does the arguing for you 💸

@LeeManly good call on the blacklist, maybe I'm being dumb but I hadn't even thought to check that side of things 😅 I only made my first deposit there recently and my one small cashout is still pending, so this thread has me nervous now. Do they usually at least email a reason when they reverse it, or is it just silence and you have to chase support yourself? 🙃
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏

@LeeManly they gave me silence last time, no reason at all, funds just plopped back 😑 cashed out again straight after though and it landed, hit big off that balance ngl 🤑🎰
Spinning reels dawn to dusk.
Had a reversal at Roo myself once, no reason given either, just landed back in the balance and I re-did the cashout same night and it cleared. Silence is their default move, so screenshot everything before it reverses. Mike_Win, don't stress yet, pending can still land, but keep the paper trail ready 💸
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
