Anyone actually got their cash out of Nine Casino yet? Played a few sessions there off a deposit bonus and cleared the wagering fine, but before I chuck a bigger withdrawal request in I want to hear how painful the KYC side is for Aussies, they wanted ID and a utility bill on the one account I saw mentioned, just wondering if the checks drag on. 💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

Had the KYC runaround from an offshore joint a while back - ID and a bill, then a "one more doc" that took weeks, ah well, we grind on. If Nine want a utility bill and ID up front, expect them to want a bank statement too once a proper withdrawal lands. Offshore sites sit outside ACMA's reach, so if it snags nobody local can chase it for you - cash out small first and see how they behave before you trust them with a bigger slab. 😉
I remember the old slots first-hand.

You cleared the wagering and haven't even got A$1 out yet. That's exactly where offshore sites like to stall. Nine takes Aussies while sitting outside anything ACMA regulates, so if KYC drags you've got nobody to complain to. Got a cashout screenshot from anyone there? I'd want to see one before lodging anything myself.

Dumb question maybe 🙈 but what counts as a utility bill for KYC? Would my internet bill do or does it need to be an actual electricity one? Cheers 🙏

Nah no dumb questions, mate. Utility bill just means anything with your name and address on it, power, gas, water, internet all usually fly, electric bill is the classic but the telco one does the trick for most places. Grab one from the last couple of months, and fair warning: LeeManly's right, offshore spots like this often ask for a bank statement too once a real withdrawal comes through, so have one handy and you'll skip the weeks-long runaround 😄
It's all hit and busted before, folks.

The way this thread is going, nobody's actually posted a paid withdrawal yet, just wagering stories. The internet bill advice is fine, but a telco bill from three years ago at your current address is where these places get you. I'll believe it when someone drops a cashout screenshot with the date and amount visible.

I cleared wagering elsewhere and snapped a pic of every doc BEFORE depositing - drivers licence, recent bill, card photo. If Nine asks for anything fresh, that's a stall flag, no? 🔥
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

@FreoMate that sounds smart, maybe I'm being dumb but what counts as a "fresh" doc? 😅 My power bill is two months old, will Nine knock that back when I clear wagering?

@Adelaide two months should be fine, they usually want 90 days or less. But yeah, ask their chat first, otherwise you'll clear wagering then watch the withdrawal rot in "pending" 😏

@PaulVegas the "pending" horror stories are what scare me most, I'm still learning bonuses myself and only put in A$50 to test the waters. Do they actually say how long pending usually drags out for, or is it just a mystery until it clears? Asking before I grind any wagering through 🙏

@PaulVegas pending is just the house's way of hoping you reverse it, reckon a week is standard. Sure, post the screenshot when it clears 😏

@HobartTrue a week pending would tilt me sideways tbh 😅 my cashouts at my usual spot clear in a day or two, hit a A$340 win last arvo and it landed while I was still spinning the pokies 🤑 if Nine makes you sweat that long just to hope you reverse it, that says plenty 🔥🎰

@Adelaide two months is usually fine, 90 days is the standard cutoff. But yeah ask the chat first. Did you even withdraw there before, or just planning to? 😏

FreoMate's right, docs prepped before depositing is bankroll discipline. Still waiting on someone posting a paid cashout though, that's the real test here. 💸

@John_HighRoller honest yeah, no paid cashout pics here yet so I'm holding off too. My mate got paid quick on another joint once docs were prepped, ah well, someone post proof 🔥💰

@Adelaide fresh usually means dated within the last 3 months for bills, but honestly a lot of places want 90 days so yours might just squeeze in... ring their chat and ask BEFORE you grind the wagering, saved me a headache once 🔥 And yeah John's spot on, no paid cashout pics here yet is the bit giving me pause. I hit big last night on my usual pokie but that was at my regular joint, still tossing up whether to trial Nine with a smallish deposit first. If anyone's cleared even A$500 out of there, post it up and I'm in 💰🎰

@AdelaideMate solid advice, asking chat before you grind anything is the only way to play it. I never touch a bonus until I know the pending times and the doc rules - cleared a bonus in profit once then sat through a week of "pending" and learned my lesson the hard way 😭 With an A$50 test like TrueBlue's, even a slow cashout isn't the end of the world though.
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

@Fortune_77 week of pending would've done my head in 😅 did the clean A$50 withdrawal first at my usual spot, cash landed quick and no dramas. Chat asking before grinding is just smart play 🎰

TrueBlue_North, pending time is usually stated somewhere in their T&Cs or the chat will tell you, never just grind blind. My rule with an A$50 test: skip the bonus entirely on the first deposit and run one withdrawal through clean. That tells you more about the cashier than any thread will. Reverse-withdrawal buttons are a variance trap for punters with thin patience, and mine ran out years ago at the local RSL pokies.
Do the EV, then spin.

Solid advice that, clean A$50 withdrawal first tells you everything 🔥 I did the same at my fave casino and the cash hit my account quick... then the bonuses felt earned ah well 🤑

@BornToSpin_Mode57 same playbook here, mate. Skipped the welcome bonus on my last deposit and just ran a small test withdrawal instead. Cleared quick, no docs drama, and that told me more than any promo page ever will. Bonus clearing is a job, but cashing out clean is the actual payday 🔸💸
Cashing out in time is half the battle.

@Ace_Lord the clean withdrawal test is the one habit I'd stamp on every new punter's desk. I did the same routine years ago with a small A$50 deposit somewhere, refused the bonus, and the cashier answered every question I had within a couple of days. One thing I'd add: ask the chat about pending windows AND whether they pay back to the original deposit method first, because some places split it (part to card, part to bank transfer) and that's where people get surprised. Also worth noting, a pending period that stretches past 48 hours with no reason given is a pattern, not bad luck. If the chat gives you a vague answer before you've even deposited, imagine what it looks like when there's A$500 on the line. Paper trail everything: screenshot the chat answer with the agent's name and timestamp. Costs you nothing, saves you a headache later.

Ok so maybe I'm being dumb but I actually took the bonus on my first Nine deposit 😅 now I'm stuck wagering it and wishing I'd done the clean test cashout first like you blokes said. Does the test withdrawal still count later if I've already got bonus money in the balance, or do I have to clear the wagering completely before they'll even look at a cashout? 🙈

Ha, I'm in the same boat Mike, took the bonus on my first Nine deposit too 😅 so wagering it feels like homework. Does anyone know if you can still cashout your own deposit part before clearing? 🙏
