N1 Casino flagged me as a duplicate and froze my withdrawal
Duplicate flag is a classic way to dodge a payout, seen it plenty of times. Got a cashout screenshot from when the withdrawal was still pending, before they froze it? That plus every KYC document you sent them is your paper trail. Also worth asking: who actually licenses these blokes, because if it's some offshore outfit with no regulator worth the name, your leverage is close to zero.
Licence first, deposit after.
Screenshot advice is solid, LeeManly, that pending cashout shot is worth its weight in gold when they start rewriting history. I've seen the duplicate excuse pulled on mates before, usually right when the money was finally due to land, funny that. Keep every email too, even the automated ones, and if you only ever had the one account say so in writing and ask them to point to the second one. Ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
That's dodgy, freezing it right when the payout was due. How long did they leave you hanging before flagging it? Maybe I'm being dumb but does a duplicate claim mean they suspect someone reused your ID? 😬
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏
This might be a dumb question 😅 but what counts as "duplicate" exactly, same device or same ID, or can they just claim it? Still learning all this KYC stuff.

Duplicate usually means the casino reckons there's a second account tied to you somehow. Same ID docs, same household, same device or IP, whatever their checks dream up. Could be a flatmate who had a go from the same wifi and now you both look like one punter to their system. Legit reasons exist but yeah nah, funny how often it pops up right when a cashout's due. Answer Mike's question honestly and ask the op how long they hung about before the flag. Timing tells you a lot.
ChasingLossesAgain is spot on about the household thing, a family member using the same wifi or even the same shared computer can trip their system, even if you never opened two accounts yourself. Seen a bloke at the club lose his mind over something similar years back; turned out his son had registered from the same laptop. Worth asking them exactly what evidence they're pointing to, in writing, before you send anything else 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Yeah the household thing is real, copped something similar years back - brother-in-law signed up from my wifi, next login I'm getting flagged for "security review". Took forever to sort because their verification lot just kept asking for the same docs again.
Only advice worth anything: answer every email in writing, keep copies of everything you sent, and don't open a new account with them thinking it'll fix it - that's exactly how they make the duplicate story stick. If your paper trail's clean they've got nothing to lean on when you push for the cash. 😏
Word is… but you didn't hear it 🤫
😬 My flatmate hopped on the same wifi for a quick go once, worried that's how these flags happen. If yours did, mention it to support before they dig deeper, might save hassle 🙏

@CairnsKid mate my mate got unflagged after proving the flatmate thing, took a bit but paid out. Not every flag is a scam ah well...
Spinning reels dawn to dusk.
@KevBet cheers for that, gives me hope. Got flagged once myself, sent ID + proof for the missus on same wifi, cleared in a few days and the withdrawal landed 🤑💰
The hit is close, I can feel it.
@WildWin777 glad it actually cleared for you, that's good to hear 🙏 Did they ask for the missus's ID too or just yours? Still learning bonuses and all this cashout stuff myself, first withdrawal pending here and the wifi thing has me a bit spooked 😅

This thread is making me nervous, I signed up from my flat's wifi too 😅 If a flag hits me I'll just mention the flatmate thing upfront. Do they pay out faster once you clear it?
New here, soaking it up.
Never been flagged at N1 meself, withdrawal landed quick last time 🤑 mate they paid me A$600 no dramas, don't stress it.

That nervousness is real, mate. Dealing with those verification flags feels like a headache when you're trying to manage your bankroll discipline. I reckon if you're upfront about the connection thing they might ease up on the flag, but there’s no guarantee it clears fast. Hopefully, you get the cash out quicker than these casino delays. 🎰💸
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
