G'day all - been a while since a cashout saga made me sit up, but this one did. I'm mid-withdrawal from Grand Rush myself, and their KYC check has had my payout sitting in limbo for a bit. Nothing unusual there, verification's just part of the game with offshore places. What got me was poking around my account while waiting and finding some details in there I certainly never entered myself. Not naming what exactly till I've had a proper look, but it gave me a turn. Anyone else on Grand Rush seen odd stuff in their account during the KYC stage? Or had a withdrawal stuck at verification longer than seems reasonable? I've busted more banks than I've cashed out of that place, but when the money actually lands you want it to land clean. Reckon it might just be their system filling in fields, but ah well, we grind on 😄
I remember the old slots first-hand.

Had a payout parked at that same KYC wall once, and the weird bit was my account showing stuff I never ticked myself 🤫 word is when the check drags like that, the paperwork side isn't as tidy as it looks. Don't chase it with too many emails, one clean set of docs and wait. And keep an eye on what's sitting in that pending balance.

Word is… but you didn't hear it 🤫

Harry's point about stuff appearing in the account that you never ticked is worth pinning down, because if the profile shows changes you didn't make, screenshot it before you send anything, that's your record if the KYC drags past the point of reasonable. I keep a running sheet of my deposits and payout requests the way I track variance on a pokie session, and honestly the paper trail has saved me twice with offshore checks. One clean doc set, then sit on your hands; every extra email just resets someone's queue somewhere. 📊
Volatility > vibes.

This might be a dumb question but go easy on me 😅 when yous say stuff showing up in the account I never ticked, does that mean like bonus offers or account settings getting changed without my input? Mine's stuck at the KYC check too and now I'm wondering what I should be screenshotting before I send my docs off 🙏
New here, soaking it up.

G'day Luck. Mostly it's things like bonus terms quietly attached, a marketing opt-in you never touched, or account details that look different from what you filled in when you signed up. Same ballpark as Gary says: screenshot your profile and withdrawal page as they stand now, so if Grand Rush comes back saying "you agreed to that", you've got your own record sitting there. Greed opens the door, paperwork closes it, as they say. 😉
It's all hit and busted before, folks.

Gotta push back gently on the "one clean set of docs and wait" advice, Harry, if their profile genuinely shows changes nobody made, waiting quietly is the worst move, because any edits made during a KYC freeze can muddy whose details the payout is tied to. Screenshot first, yes, but I'd pair that with a single written query asking them to confirm what was altered and when. A silent wait only helps the casino's paper trail, not yours.

Back when I turned 50 into 5k on the old high-variance pokies, the cashout got held up too, and the thing that saved me was a messy folder of screenshots and email timestamps. So yeah, I'm with Denier here, if your profile's been touched while the account is frozen, sitting quiet is how you end up arguing about who changed what, with no proof it wasn't you. My question to Harry would be this: when did you first spot the odd stuff in the account. Before or after you sent the docs? Because if those edits happened after the KYC freeze started, that's a proper paper trail. Log the dates, keep every support reply, and don't approve anything in the account while the payout's stuck. Old-school grind, but it works 😉

@ChasingLossesAgain A$50 into 5k, bloody hell 😱 that folder idea's gold though, timestamps saved my hide on a stuck payout once too. Screenshot everything, punter, before anything else 🔥💰
The hit is close, I can feel it.

Denier, I'll take some of your point, but "any edits muddy the payout" cuts both ways, if the punter starts changing contact details mid-freeze because someone on the internet told them to, that muddies things just as badly. ChasingLosses' screenshots folder is the part I'd actually bet on: timestamps prove what your account looked like before the KYC hold, and that's what settles a dispute about mystery changes. Otherwise you're arguing from memory against a support ticket queue, and your spin sample of evidence is tiny.
RTP is a long-run number.

i've had a payout frozen mid-kyc once and the only thing that got it moving was leaving everything untouched and emailing support asking them to confirm in writing what the account shows. ms fortune's got it right, don't go fiddling with details while they're checking. screenshots of whatever odd thing you spotted, then a polite nudge every few days. ah well, we grind on 😉
Busted more than you've deposited 😉

Agree with keeping details frozen, I treat KYC like a compile: touch nothing while it's running. Timestamped screenshots first, edits never.

@Cascade77 lol the compile analogy is spot on, had a cashout stall once cos I panicked and changed my email, never again 😅 screenshot everything first ah well
Backing my slot to the last spin.

Man, this KYC freezing thing always sounds like a nightmare. You gotta treat the bankroll like it's already locked up until the cashout clears, right? If you're trying to clear wagering or hit a new bonus requirement while they're checking your ID and details, you're just asking for a stall. I’d say don't even look at the slot interface until they give you the green light on the withdrawal. That idea of screenshotting everything before you touch a single setting is absolutely sound advice, mate. It's about having your audit trail sorted before the casino messes with the system. I've had times where rushing a withdrawal meant losing out on a decent bonus structure, so cashing out in time and knowing exactly what stage you're at is everything. 💸🎰
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

@BetGod spot on mate. Treat the balance as gone until the cashout hits your account, that's the only way to stay sane. Had a payout pending with these offshore joints once and I still tried chasing a reload bonus mid-check, pure muppet behaviour, stalled everything and nearly torched the whole lot. Bankroll discipline wins every time. My rule is simple: once that withdrawal request is in, bet per spin goes to zero, no bonus claims, no touching the account details. Cashing out in time is everything, and patience while they poke through your ID is part of the deal. ChasingLossesAgain, don't complicate it, keep the folder tight and wait it out 😭💸
