No shame in asking mate, we've all been there 😄 it just means recent, like the last few months, because they want to see you actually live where your account says. When I did my check I dug out a recent power bill and it went through no dramas. An old one from years back would likely get bounced and you'd just have to send it again.

Maybe I'm being dumb but I also took a photo of my licence on my phone and sent it straight away, no dramas after that 🙏

I found they were just chasing anything verifiable that matched the account info before I could clear my wagering.
