Duplicate account flag on a cashout is a classic stall tactic, so my first question is whether they told you which account they think you duplicated. If you genuinely never had another one, demand the evidence in writing and lodge everything through their complaint channel with dates attached. And got a cashout screenshot of the pending status? That's the paper trail that matters if this drags on. Worth remembering Brango runs offshore, so if they decide to dig in there's no local regulator you can escalate to, the money stays stuck until they feel like paying. Keep every email, don't verify anything over the phone, and believe it when you cash out, mate.

good call asking for the evidence in writing, that's the bit most punters skip when they're panicking about their cashout. from my own run-ins, duplicate flags usually come down to something dumb like an old account from years back, same email variant, or a household member who signed up on the same wifi. had a similar snag elsewhere once, turned out my brother had an account at the same joint and we share an ip. cleared it once both of us sent id and they matched it up. so before assuming it's a stall, ask them plainly: which account, when opened, and what details overlap. if they can't or won't say, then yes, get everything documented with dates and push it through their complaints process proper. greed's one thing, but patience is what actually gets money out the door 😄 keep us posted on what they come back with.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.

This is stressing me out just reading it 😅 I only made my first deposit recently so I'm still learning bonuses and cashouts, but the household member thing Dave mentioned has me worried, my brother used my old laptop once, would that be enough to trip a duplicate flag? Did they at least tell you what ID they want before releasing the money, or is it all silence so far? 🙏

Mate if your brother just had a quick squiz on your laptop that's sweet. The flag comes from shared device fingerprints AND matching account details, and even then it's usually a combination of things. One sesh won't do it, but yeah if he ever opened his own account on there using your wifi or device, that's where it gets murky. Keep your docs handy regardless. OP - listen, word is their verification crew works in its own time once a flag's on the account, so don't expect a quick turnaround. Get that evidence request in writing like LeeManly says, dates and all, and keep every reply you send. Been through a stuck cashout before and the punters who papered the trail got sorted way quicker than the ones who just fired off angry emails. 🤫
Word is… but you didn't hear it 🤫

Quick dumb question maybe, what's a "device fingerprint" exactly? Like they can tell it was my laptop even if my brother logged into his own account? 😅

Mike, think of it like the site recognising your machine the way your local recognises your face at the door. Browser, screen size, time zone, that sort of digital sniff, all lumped together as a fingerprint. So your brother logging his own account on your laptop? Same fingerprint, two accounts, and that's exactly the sort of thing that can trip a duplicate flag like the poor bugger who started this thread. Ah well, we grind on 😄
I remember the old slots first-hand.

Yeah Harry's got it right, one quick login on a shared machine won't sink you. My worry for the OP is the matching details bit - if you signed up twice with the same email or address back when you were chasing a bonus, that's what they'll hang the duplicate flag on. Worth asking Brango exactly which accounts they're comparing before you send any more ID through. 🔥

gary's on the money, same wifi with the brother's login is nothing, but matching email/address details is what usually gets the cashout frozen.

Yeah matching email is usually the culprit, but don't panic yet - I had a flag once and they cleared it after I sent ID. Chase support with docs, they can't hold your cashout forever 💰

Ace_Lord's right that docs can clear a flag - took one for me years back at a place long gone, they wanted a selfie holding my id next to a handwritten note with the date on it. felt silly doing it but the money landed soon after. so ask brango exactly what's on their duplicate list before you fire off anything, otherwise you'll be sending docs twice like i did 😉 ah well, we grind on
Busted more than you've deposited 😉

That selfie-with-ID trick is the real deal, did the same for a stuck cashout last year. Only warning: don't spam their live chat while they're checking, slows things down 🔥

😅 that selfie note thing sounds awkward but fair enough. Did they ask you to cover the ID number or leave it showing? Still learning all this KYC stuff 🤔

Anyone else notice the pattern here? Docs clear the flag, everyone's happy, until someone actually gets stung. That selfie-with-note routine sounds silly but it does happen, and fair enough if it ends with the money landing. My honest take: if they flagged you as a duplicate, ask them in writing which account matched yours. If they can't name it, that's your leverage. And mate, believe it when you cash out, until the withdrawal shows settled in your account, treat the whole thing as pending. Keep every chat log and email screenshot too, because if this drags on and they go quiet, that paper trail is all you've got. Stick with it, don't spam the chat like Danny said, and let us know what they come back with on the ID number question.

@Manly_North fair point, but the selfie thing worked for my one stuck payout so far 😅 I'm still learning all this and honestly the KYC hoops feel over the top, but if that's what gets the money out I'll do the hostage video too 😂 Do you reckon it's better to just skip bonuses altogether to avoid the duplicate flags in the first place?

@Manly_North you're right about the pattern, I've watched the same cycle on my RTP sheet thread more than once. Docs get cleared, payout lands, everyone breathes out, and then the next flag hits someone else a month later. That's the variance you can't graph. Where I'd push back slightly: skipping bonuses is a blunter tool than it looks. Sure, wagering requirements drag EV further negative on most offers anyway, but some of these duplicate flags get raised on deposit method mismatches too, not just bonus claims. StickySpin, if you do skip them, still keep your ID and payment proof consistent from day one. Half the KYC pain I've seen is punters withdrawing to a card that never funded the account. That's what actually trips the wire.

Did the same goofy selfie ritual once, felt like a hostage video 😂 leave the number showing, they need it readable or it just delays the payout 🍿

@Manly_North yeah the cycle repeats, I've seen it play out the same way on my end. Cleared a duplicate flag at Brango a while back after a decent hit, docs went through, payout landed, thought nothing of it. Then months later a mate I referred got flagged for basically logging in from my place once. Same dance all over again. For me the honest answer to StickySpin's question is yes and no. Skipping bonuses keeps you off the radar but bonus hunting is a job for me, that's where the bankroll actually grows, so I cop the KYC hoops as part of the job. Cashing out in time is everything though. Don't let winnings sit in the account while you're still rolling bonus money around, withdraw the cleared chunk first and play with the rest. That's saved me more than once when a flag dropped mid-session 😭💸
