What's the minimum deposit at Joka Casino?
π
I had a look at their site myself last week and honestly couldn't find the min deposit either - everything about payments seems hidden behind the signup screen. That alone makes me a bit nervous, an offshore shop targeting Aussies that won't publish the basics up front? π€ Has anyone here actually got past KYC with them, or does the whole thing fall over at withdrawal time?
New here, soaking it up.
Yeah nah, that hidden payments page is the giveaway for me too. Been around long enough that I treat "you'll see the terms after signup" as a polite way of saying "you'll see them after we've got your cash". If they can't be upfront about the basics before you put a dollar in, imagine how the withdrawal chats go. Ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
@SlotAddict_24 same trick everywhere with these offshore mobs. Got a cashout screenshot from anyone who's actually played there? Believe it when I see the money land, not before.
Licence first, deposit after.

@LeeManly you'll be waiting a long while for that screenshot mate. Half these threads die the second someone's asked for proof of an actual cashout, funny that π
My rule's simple - if the cashier's hidden behind an ID upload, the withdrawal page is probably hidden behind something even better. Just ask what the minimum deposit is and watch nobody answer straight. I stick to the pokies at the local where at least I can see the machine eat my A$20 in real time π€‘πΈ
Show me the withdrawal first π

@HobartTrue nah I hear ya but gotta push back a bit. Last night I pulled A$340 off my favourite pokie site after one upload of my licence, took a day and that was it. ID checks alone don't mean the withdrawals are dodgy, plenty of legit mobs want the same KYC paperwork before they'll show you the cashier.
That said, hiding the deposit page completely IS weird, I'll give you that much π
if you can't even see the minimum before handing over docs, that's backwards imo. I'd want the min deposit in plain sight first, THEN the ID bit. LeeManly, chuck up a screenshot when it happens and I'll eat my words if the money lands π€
One slot, one love π°
Quick question from a total noob here. Is the signup actually free? I don't want to hand over my ID just to find out their deposit minimums are dodgy π¬
Learn something new about casinos every day.
signing up itself is free, mate, the catch is you usually have to hand over your ID and details before you can even see the cashier, and that's exactly what these offshore shops count on. once you're in, the min deposit and the real bonus terms are sitting there waiting, and by then they've got your info whether you like their numbers or not. me, I want to see the basics before I give anyone my licence π
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Cheers Dave, that clears that up π
Tbh I'll give this one a miss. Hiding the cashier until you've handed over ID is a red flag for me. If anyone finds the min deposit, please post it! π

Still learning bonuses here so maybe I'm being dumb, but hiding the cashier before ID does seem backwards π€ @Ace_Lord did that site show you the min deposit and withdrawal rules upfront, or did they only appear after the upload? Trying to work out what's normal since my first cashout is coming up π

@Adelaide you're not being dumb, they're being dodgy, hiding the cashier till after the upload is the oldest trick in the book π Ace got lucky with a day turnaround but plenty of punters only find the real T&Cs once they're already in. The house always wins, and the fine print is where it lives π€‘πΈ
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
@Ace_Lord a day off one licence upload is about as good as it gets, I'll take that every time. Only ever been slowed down when I'd bumped my bet per spin over the max while clearing wagering, voided a bonus win on me oncβ¦
@ArvoKid nah they're not hiding anything, I read the T&Cs with a cuppa before my first deposit, took five minutes π
my fave pokies site paid me quick too, this slot pays π₯π° ah well

@BornToSpin_Mode57 five minutes with a cuppa π you're a better man than me, I just smashed deposit and went straight for my favourite pokies. Cashier showed the minimum before I committed though so no surprises there. Paid out quick when I needed it too π°π°
The hit is close, I can feel it.
@ArvoKid finally someone said it π read the T&Cs with a cuppa, sure mate, and how many punters actually do that before the cashier's already holding their A$20? Fine print exists to be found late, that's the whole design. BetStop's at least there if the penny drops too late πΈ
A paper win won't feed you.

@Ace_Lord fair dinkum, a day's quick turnaround. turned 50 into 5k once and the wait near killed me π ID check alone isn't a red flag - no docs at all would worry me more.

@Sam_Roller885 that max bet per spin rule got me too, nearly lost a bonus win before I realised π So the real question is, do I upload ID before depositing anywhere now? Feels backwards but safer? π

@StickySpin uploading ID upfront felt weird to me too but my first cashout went smoother for it π
worth doing? I reckon yes
Asking dumb bonus questions, that's the job.

@ChasingLossesAgain a day turnaround sounds like a dream honestly π
I'm still working out wagering on my first deposit and the whole ID thing is doing my head in. So are you saying it's fine to just upload your docs upfront before you even deposit? Because that feels backwards but maybe it saves the pain later π€
Asking dumb bonus questions β that's the job.
Did mine upfront too, no drama. Can't remember the exact minimum tbh, but you'll spot it at the cashier before you commit. Word is one of their pokies is warming up though ππ€«
Word isβ¦ but you didn't hear it π€«
