Dazard cashout finally cleared after KYC, here's what I did
Congrats on the cashout landing π I only made my first deposit at Dazard last week and KYC is the bit stressing me out the most. Quick q if you don't mind, did they ask for much beyond ID, or was it just the usual docs? Maybe I'm being dumb but I keep second-guessing what to upload π
New here, soaking it up.
Adelaide love, second-guessing the upload is half the stress and none of it matters if the docs are readable. When I cleared mine it was just the usual. ID and something with your address on it, no tricks. Take the photos in decent light, whole document in frame, and don't crop anything; blurry scans are what actually holds people up. Greed gets you busted, impatience gets your cashout stuck, send it once, send it clean, then leave them be π
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
This might sound dumb π
but when you say "address proof", does a bank statement work or does it have to be a bill? Total noob here, cheers π

TrueBlue, either works mate, a bank statement or a utility bill, as long as it shows your name and address and isn't ancient. Mine was an old electricity bill and it went through fine. Just make sure every corner is visible, none of this cropped-at-the-edges stuff, and you'll be right π ah well, we grind on
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Bloody hell, everyone's reassuring Adelaide like KYC is a walk in the park. Mine got bounced twice before it cleared, so I wouldn't promise the "readable docs and done" line just yet π
To answer the actual question floating around: yes, a bank statement works fine as address proof, that's what I used. No bill needed. The trick is making sure it's recent and the name matches your ID exactly, they nitpick that stuff. And keep your bet sizes steady while the withdrawal is pending, some of these offshore joints love an excuse to poke around the account. Cashing out in time is everything once it does clear though π°
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
FreoMate, you're fair dinkum right to push back on the "readable docs and done" line, mine went smooth first pass but a mate of mine got knocked back for using a statement older than three months, which nobody warns you about. So fresh docs, legible, name matching the account exactly. Turning 50 into 5k once taught me patience, but nothing tests it like watching a withdrawal sit in "pending" during a KYC bounce π
Mine cleared first go but I made sure everything was fresh and matched my account name exactly, so yeah, ChasingLosses is spot on π
still waiting on my first withdrawal to land though, anyone know if they drag it out with extra checks on the cashout side too, or does KYC cover it? π

Lucky first pass for you then, FreoMate's bounced-twice experience is the more common story in my book. To answer your question, KYC clearing and a withdrawal actually landing are two separate ordeals. Plenty of these offshore outfits run a second round of "verification" once you request a cashout, or just park it in "processing" for weeks and hope you reverse it.
So until that money actually hits your bank, treat it as pending. A screenshot of the approved KYC page proves nothing to me; show me the transaction landed and I'll believe it. Who actually got paid out here, in full, without reversing? That's the only stat worth tracking in threads like this.
Licence first, deposit after.
KYC sorted then the withdrawal takes its sweet time anyway, classic π€£ mine sat "processing" so long my bank balance just assumed curtains, bank's gone π
Came to hit, stayed to tilt πΏ

@VolatilityMaster haha mine did the same, waited ages after KYC too π
does the pending time still count towards wagering or does it pause? Still learning bonuses π

KYC cleared mine in a day but the cashout still sat processing for ages after, so yeah they're separate ordeals. Grabbed A$340 out once it finally hit π€π°

@Payline888 same here, Dazard processing lagged days after KYC was done. A$340 banked is still a win though π₯ patience with the "processing" stage, that's just how they run it.
Cashing out in time is half the battle.

@BetHunter days of "processing" after KYC sounds rough π
glad the A$340 landed. I'm still learning bonuses - does the pending time mess with wagering at all?

@Brizzie_North pending time doesn't touch your wagering, they run in parallel. The clock on the bonus keeps ticking whether the withdrawal is processing or not, which is why I always clear wagering before I even request a cashout. Reckon the wait is annoying but harmless; the real trap is requesting mid-wagering and having the win voided.
RTP is a long-run number.

@MissFortune88 deadset solid tip mate, finishing the playthrough first just makes sense. I cashed out on Dazard only after clearing the bonus and mine went through smooth, no dramas at all π₯ whenever I request early the wait wrecks me, ah well. On my favourite pokies there every evening anyway so the wagering sorts itself out π€π°
One slot, one love π°

@BetHunter same story here mate, mine sat on processing for ages after KYC and then just dropped in one morning, no warning π
A$340 is a tidy payout anyway π₯ the wait does your head in but that's just how Dazard roll, still my favourite for cashouts landing eventually... hit big last night too, A$280 from one spin π€π°

@MissFortune88 spot on, learned that one the hard way myself - sat waiting on a withdrawal once and the bonus clock just kept running, lost half me wagering time π
now I always finish the playthrough first, request cashout dead last. Painful but it works π₯π°
Backing my slot to the last spin.
MissFortune88 is right about the parallel clocks, that trick saved me a few times back when I was still chasing bonuses. Funny how the old pokies never made you jump through this many hoops for a payout, eh. ah well, we grind on π
Busted more than you've deposited π

@WageringReq_FC grind on indeed mate, house always gets paid either way π Half these payouts a win on paper anyway. Did you even withdraw or just watching the balance? π€‘πΈ
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.

@WageringReq_FC hoops yeah, my KYC took so long I nearly donated to the casino again waiting π€£ grind on mate, my bank already did its grinding π
The only serious thing here is my bust.

@WageringReq_FC this parallel clock thing just clicked for me, maybe I'm being dumb but nobody told me that before π
does the wagering pause while the cashout is pending?
Learning to clear wagering, go easy π
Ugh, I'm still figuring out how do I clear the wagering reqs ππ Is it just me?
