Had the same ambush at Boho myself, OP - hit a decent run on a pokie, went to withdraw, and only then did the KYC request land. My rule now is to send ID and a utility bill the day I sign up anywhere, before I even deposit; it costs nothing and your cashout never sits in limbo. Worth asking support upfront what documents they'll want, though on a small spin sample you can't always trust their answer to cover every check.

Mike_Win, from what I've seen most places will happily take your docs the moment you've signed up, no deposit needed, some even have the upload sitting in your account section waiting. The catch is nobody mentions it until you're chasing a cashout and it's suddenly urgent. turned a decent run into a week of waiting once because of exactly this, still stings 😄 Adelaide, you're not being dumb at all, the old slots taught me patience but they never taught me paperwork. Get the ID and a bill in early, then when the withdrawal lands you just sit back and let them do the checking instead of the other way round. saved me plenty of grey hairs since I started doing it 😉

I'm on Boho most evenings ngl, never had a cashout go missing once the docs cleared. Did my KYC on a Sunday arvo and it was done by the next day, money followed not long after.
