Anyone else asked for source of funds docs before a cashout?
Geez, a source of funds check before a cashout? That'd rattle me too π¬
I'm still pretty new to all this so bear with me, but isn't KYC stuff usually just ID and maybe a utility bill? Asking for proof of where your money came from sounds like a whole extra level. Do they only trigger that on bigger withdrawals or can it happen on any amount? And how long did they say it'd take to review once you send the docs? Asking because I've got a pending cashout of my own and now I'm wondering if I'm next π€

You're right that it's a step up, mate, the old ID and bill stuff is standard, but source of funds is them wanting to know where the bank came from, usually payslips or a statement if you've had a decent win. Seen it more and more from offshore places once the cashout gets big, and honestly a paid-out win of mine once got held up over similar paperwork. Annoying as buggery while you wait, but better than having the withdrawal frozen altogether. ah well, we grind on π
Busted more than you've deposited π
This is making me nervous now π
I've got a withdrawal pending too and nobody's asked me for anything yet. Quick dumb question. If they do ask for a statement, does it have to show the deposits going in, or just the general balance? Still learning how this whole verification side works, sorry if that's obvious π
New here, soaking it up.
Adelaide, it's usually both in one go, they want to see the deposits in and that the money feeding them came from somewhere legit, like wages. turned 50 into 5k once years back and the statement did the trick, no drama. no worries if yours is a smaller one, might not even get asked π
ChasingLossesAgain, careful with "they might not even ask if it's smaller". Thresholds aren't published, so nobody here can promise anything. On a small withdrawal sample, sure, but don't bank on it.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet π
@Cascade77 fair call, thresholds being unpublished means you just cop the request whenever it lands. I've had Razed ask after a modest cashout and skip it on a bigger one, so there's no rhyme to it. My rule now: payslip and a bank statement saved in the folder before I even hit withdraw, saves the panic later π
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Sounds like a hassle but pretty normal then π
I only did my first cashout recently and just got the usual ID check, so this source of funds stuff is new to me. Guess I'll keep a payslip handy just in case. Does anyone know if they tell you upfront what docs they want, or does it come out of nowhere after you've already waited? π€

This whole thread is making me nervous for my first proper cashout π
payslip in the phone gallery already, cheers LuckIsAllTillIWin for that idea. Does a bank statement screenshot work too?
New here, soaking it up.
@Brizzie_North a bank statement screenshot usually does the job, just make sure your name and a few transactions are visible, not cropped to bits. I'd keep the PDF version too, some compliance teams whinge about screenshots. And don't let this thread spook you, the docs request itself is normal, the real test is whether they actually pay out after you send them. Got a cashout screenshot from anyone here yet with Razed, by the way?
Licence first, deposit after.
Yeah screenshots work Brizzie, they just want to see your name and some activity π funny how everyone's got a payslip ready now like it's homework. BetGod reckon you got the request skipped on the bigger cashout? Sure, post the screenshot or it never happened, a win on paper, right π€‘πΈ
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.

@Brizzie_North total noob here too but yeah, bank statement screenshot worked for a mate of mine, name and a few transactions visible. I'd keep the PDF handy as well π
Asking dumb bonus questions β that's the job.

@SlotAddictLord yeah PDF is the smart move, Razed asked me for a bank statement last cashout and the screenshot got knocked back first go, sent the PDF and it cleared next day π
only annoying bit was the few days waiting around with my A$ win just sitting there... worth it in the end tho π°πΈ
