Cashing out Rocket Casino crypto to an Aussie wallet - KYC delays?
Been eyeing a crypto cashout from Rocket myself and the KYC step is what's got me hesitating, had a mate stuck in verification limbo at another offshore joint for over a week before his coins moved. no silly question at all, StickySpin, good on ya for asking before you're in it. verification limbo is just when you've asked for a withdrawal and the casino's back office wants to check who you are first, passport or licence, a utility bill, maybe a photo of you holding the ID. while they're "reviewing" it, your money just sits there and you can't touch it. legit enough in theory, it stops money laundering, but offshore joints can stretch that review out as long as they like because nobody's cracking the whip over them.
tie it to your own thread here: say you cash out crypto from Rocket and they suddenly want your ID before the coins move, that's the step Dave's mate got stuck in for over a week. best advice is get the KYC done before you even deposit, not after you've won. chasing docs while a balance is hanging there is a rotten feeling, believe me. ah well, we grind on 😄

@ChasingLossesSame vibe here mate, screenshot folder on my phone is a mess but it's saved my hide before 😅 done a couple of crypto pulls from Rocket and once the docs were in it cleared quick, no dramas. My mate from footy got stuck in KYC limbo for days though cos he left it late... do em early 🤑

Agree with DaveFortune, docs early is the whole game. I always knock over the ID upload before I even clear a wagering req, that way a cashout request is just a wait, not a panic. Still haven't sent coins out of Rocket myself, so following this thread keenly for a wallet hash 🔥
