Anyone had a withdrawal actually land from these blokes? I'm always keen for a new pokies site but if the KYC turns into a three-week document merry-go-round I'd rather know before I put a bankroll anywhere near it. What ID did they ask for, and did anyone's cashout get hung up at the verification stage? 💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

Never even heard a mate say they got paid from these blokes, and I've been through this cycle before with offshore outfits. I'd hold the slap for now and let someone else test the waters first 😉

Same instinct as ChasingLossesAgain here, though I'd frame it slightly differently. With an offshore brand that nobody in this thread can name a single confirmed payout from, the KYC question answers itself before you even ask it. If blokes who've been through the verification stage aren't lining up to say the cashout landed, that silence is your data point. I keep a spreadsheet of RTP and variance for my own tracking, and I apply the same discipline to where my bankroll sits: no documented withdrawal, no deposit. On a small spin sample you can convince yourself a site's fine after one lucky session, but variance doesn't care about your session and neither does a cashier queue at an unverified operator. So my honest answer to BetGod: nobody here has confirmed money landing, which means the risk-reward on testing it yourself is ordinary.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet 📊

Zero cashout screenshots in the whole thread, that tells me plenty. Nobody's paid here, so the KYC question stays hypothetical. Check the blacklist first, then decide.
Licence first, deposit after.

Busted hard yesterday chasing a bonus clear, so my bankroll's got zero room for a KYC gamble right now 😭 My rule's simple: if a site can't point to a single paid punter before I deposit, that first test withdrawal never comes cheap. Bet a tenner a spin on a dead offshore queue and you'll learn the lesson slower than I did at the pub machines. 💸

Reading this thread I keep wondering why nobody's actually asked Intensity's support a single direct question yet. Five posts of guessing from the lot of us. I keep a payout log on every offshore joint I've touched, and my rule is simple: send a tiny deposit, do the KYC early, request a small withdrawal before your spin sample tells you anything about the variance. Zero confirmed cashouts in here doesn't prove they don't pay, it just proves nobody's tested it properly.

Gary's right though, one email to support asking what ID they want for KYC would tell us more than this whole thread. Reckon I'd test them with a small deposit first, clear any bonus quick and try a cashout before the bankroll grows. If the verification stalls at that stage, that's your answer, no screenshots needed 😭

A test withdrawal only proves they pay once, on a tiny sample. Ask support what ID the KYC wants and how long the verification hold runs - then report back.
RTP is a long-run number.

Test withdrawal's still worth it, MissFortune — costs you a small deposit to find out, beats betting your whole bankroll on support answering a generic email. 😭

Both of you are arguing past each other, funnily enough. BetHunter's right that a test cashout tells you something real; MissFortune's right that one clean payout is a sample size of one and proves next to nothing about how they behave when the verification queue gets busy or the withdrawal gets bigger. Same distinction as RTP versus volatility, really, the average outcome can look fine while the variance around it is where you get burned. My two cents: do both. Email support first with the exact KYC question, then run a small deposit and a modest cashout anyway, because a written reply and an actual payout test different things. One tests their honesty, the other tests their process. The part nobody's mentioned yet is whether they pay the deposit back to the original method or force a detour, which is where offshore outfits tend to snag Aussies at the check stage.
RTP is a long-run number.

Cashed out from an offshore mob before and the KYC held it till I sent a driver's licence plus a utility bill. Test cashout on a small deposit, keep the bankroll out till it lands. 🔥

Sam's got a point with the licence-plus-bill combo, but everyone's skipped the real trap: some offshore outfits only ask for ID after you request the payout, and that's when your funds sit frozen while support goes quiet. I'd want to know upfront whether their KYC runs at deposit or withdrawal stage, because the difference between the two is exactly where punters get stuck. Test cashout first, bankroll stays in my pocket till it lands. 📊
Do the EV, then spin.

OneMoreDepositDenier nails it, the frozen-funds-after-KYC-request trick is exactly why I only ever test with whatever my bet-per-spin bankroll can shrug off. Send the licence and bill upfront with the withdrawal, makes it harder for support to ghost you. Still keen to hear if anyone here had one actually land though. 😭💸

@FreoMate deadset agree, sending docs with the cashout request saved me a fortnight of waiting once. Just redact nothing, they'll bounce partial docs anyway. 📊

Is sending ID upfront with the cashout actually normal though? Never done KYC before and it sounds dodgy emailing a licence photo 😅 do they tell you what ID they want first?
New here, soaking it up.

Answering the newbie straight: yes, offshore mobs asking for ID at payout stage is normal, just make sure it's coming through your account or their support, never reply to some random email 😅 My rule after getting burned before. No real bankroll goes anywhere till one small test cashout has actually landed, and I have the licence plus a bill ready so verification can't stall it. Keen to hear if anyone's had Intensity money actually hit though 🔥

Sounds like they just want to make sure you're not one of those unlucky punters who somehow managed a decent bankroll, nah. You still get the payout eventually, they just make ya do some paper shuffling first. Just asking though, are any of these ‘wins’ actually worth the effort when they treat ya like a criminal just to release A$50? 🤡💸
Show me the withdrawal first 😏
