Anyone had a crypto cashout stuck at Fair Crown Casino?
π
same boat vibes here, I only just made my first deposit anywhere so a stuck cashout at KYC is my nightmare. Did they ask for extra docs or just go quiet on you? I'd be careful re-depositing while your withdrawal's hanging, offshore means no one to complain to if it drags out π€
New here, soaking it up.
luckiest kid in the thread asking the right questions, I'll give you that π op, did they actually request docs or just gone quiet? big difference. remember when I got 50 to 5k off the old high-variance classics and had to chase the cashout for weeks β offshore mob love the slow drip. keep your coins out till it's settled, that's all I'll say. ah well, we grind on
Busted more than you've deposited π
Dead quiet vs a doc request is the whole game here, no argument from me. Mine at Fair Crown sat in KYC a while back, they did eventually ask for ID and a bank screenshot, and it cleared once I sent it. Annoying, but the wheels turned. I'd chase them daily in chat though, offshore mob will happily let it sit if you don't nag πΈ
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Sorry if this is a dumb question π when they ask for a bank screenshot for KYC, does it need to show the actual balance? Bit shy sending that stuff to an offshore mob π
No dumb question at all, mate, usually they just want proof the deposit landed or the account you're withdrawing to, so the balance showing is often just how the screenshot happens to come out. You can always black out bits they didn't ask for, but if they want to see the transaction to that casino, leave that bit visible. I'd ask their support exactly what they need rather than guessing; sending half a doc just adds another week to the wait.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Agree with Dave there, though I'd add a caveat: if you're uneasy about the balance showing, some banks let you export a statement with the balance column cropped or redacted, and Fair Crown's KYC mob accepted a redacted one when my cashout got stuck a while back. On a small withdrawal sample it cleared fine once the docs landed, but offshore checks do seem to run on their own clock, so send exactly what they ask for the first time.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet π
turned a stuck KYC into a win once by just ringing them up on live chat every couple of days and asking politely for a status, the squeaky wheel got paid, they cleared it after asking for a photo of my card (numbers covered). one thing I'd add on the redacted statement idea: make sure whatever you send still shows your name and the date, some of these offshore mobs bounce docs back if anything's missing and you're back to square one. π
Maybe I'm being dumb but if a cashout sits in KYC for ages offshore, that'd spook me from depositing again π
keen to hear how yours turns out π€
@Mike_Win nah not dumb mate, stuck KYC would spook anyone. But Fair Crown paid me out fine last time, just took longer than I liked π₯
One slot, one love π°

@Mike_Win not dumb at all mate, that's exactly the reaction they're counting on. Stuck cashout, you get twitchy, back in for "one more go" to settle your nerves, house wins twice. Me, I'd say if they want a covered card photo like Chasing did, fine, but no redeposit till it lands. A win on paper means nothing till it's in your bank, right π€‘πΈ
Show me the withdrawal first π

@Mike_Win not dumb at all, a slow cashout would spook me too. But my rule is simple: never redeposit while a withdrawal is still pending, that's how bankroll discipline gets tested. I had a crypto cashout sit at another offshore joint for over a week, kept my hands off the deposit button, and it landed fine. Chase the status like ChasingLossesAgain says and wait it out πΈ
