No dumb question at all, mate. Basically the casino wants proof you're you before they pay out - a photo of your licence and a recent bill with your address on it covers most of them. I've been through this cycle before plenty of times, and if the name and address match your account it usually sails through, so get those sorted before you even deposit 😉
