Club House Casino cashout thread for Aussies
Count me in for this thread. Cashed a decent hit there not long back and the KYC was the usual dance, licence, a bill, selfie, they asked for the same docs twice though, which ground my gears a bit. Once it cleared, funds moved fine. Anyone else get double-document requests or was that just me? 💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
Double-doc requests seem to be their party trick alright, had the same at a couple of offshore places over the years. Patience is the whole game with KYC, I got my docs knocked back three times at one casino once and still walked away paid, so count yourself lucky it was just the once 😄 Greed is what busts you, not a slow verification desk.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Got the same double-doc request on my first cashout there, still waiting to see if it clears 😅 did they email you when it was approved or just quietly pay you?

Had the double-doc routine there too, plus a doc request for something I'd already sent a week earlier. Still waiting on my cashout to actually land, so forgive me if I hold the applause. TrueBlue, they paid mine quietly once verified, no email. Got a cashout screenshot from anyone here, or is "it cleared" the only proof going?
Licence first, deposit after.
Damn, so no email even when it clears? That seems rough 😅 I've only just done my first deposit there and the bonus wagering is doing my head in, now I find out the cashout side goes quiet on you too. LeeManly, how long you been waiting now, and did they give any excuse for asking for the same doc twice? 🤔
New here, soaking it up.
LeeManly, quiet pay is actually my preferred way, saves me refreshing the banking page every ten minutes 😅 My one cashout there took its sweet time at verification but landed eventually, no email either. LuckIsAllTillIWin, keep wagering records handy before you request, half the KYC pain comes from docs not matching what you deposited with.
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Mike_Win, I just screenshot the balance before and after - if the pending amount disappears and the balance drops, that's your confirmation, email or no email. LeeManly, double doc requests are standard pain but if it's sitting at verification more than a few days I'd be on live chat daily with the ticket number handy. Cashing out in time is everything once the wagering's cleared, don't let a slow KYC talk you into reversing it 😭💸
Screenshot method sounds dodgy though 😅 if their system glitches mid-payout that balance drop could mean anything. Do you not worry about a dispute with no paper trail? 🤔

Screenshot method works fine for me too, but I take it one step further, record a quick screen video of the balance while the pending amount is sitting there. Had a payout once where support tried telling me the withdrawal was never requested, that recording shut the whole argument down inside an hour 😅 Paper trail beats refreshing for days any time.
Hmm, but if you video the balance and their site craps out halfway through a payout, does that recording even help with a dispute? 😅 Like what does it actually prove, that the money left your account? I'm still learning bonuses and all this cashout stuff, maybe I'm being dumb, but surely an email or a support chat transcript is the only thing they'd actually accept as proof? 🤔

Adelaide, the video's not about proving the money left, it's proof of what your account showed at a given moment, timestamps and all. The real argument is email confirmation is the only thing with their name on it, everything else is your word against their system. I always forward the confirmation email to myself and leave the pending sitting there till it clears, got burnt once chasing a hit and re-wagering pending funds 💸 never again.
Sam's right, the video means nothing without their name attached to it. Email confirmation is the only bit of paper that holds up if a withdrawal goes sideways. My two cents from my own cashout there: KYC ran the same way BetGod described, docs requested twice, which is annoying when you're watching a pending balance and the bankroll's locked up doing nothing. Cleared and paid fine though. 💸
Lesson I've banked from this thread: screenshot, video, whatever, but chase that confirmation email before you do anything else. Would be keen to hear if anyone's had docs rejected outright rather than just re-requested, that's the stage I'd be sweating most. 🎰
Cashing out in time is half the battle.
Nah the video idea's smart @Dave_RTP, gotta start doing that. Hit big last night and straight away screenshotted everything before I even requested the payout 😅🔥
@BetHunter agree, email with their branding on it is the only receipt that matters. My cashout there cleared fine but keep everything saved, just in case 🤫
Word is… but you didn't hear it 🤫

@BetHunter yeah the email confirmation is the gold, saved my hide once when a payout sat there for days. Only gripe I'd add is screenshot your balance too before it drops, cos mine cleared heaps quicker second time round…
@Payline888 congrats on the hit 🎉 so the email confirmation is the real receipt then? Never cashed out there yet, does anyone know their withdrawal limits? 🙏

Cashed out from Club House a while back and the email confirmation was sitting in my inbox before the balance even dropped, that's the receipt I'd fight with. Video's a nice cover-your-backside move but yeah, no branding means nothing. I request payouts at a fixed A$2 bet level sessions end anyway, so any dispute stays simple 🔥💸

The hit is close, I can feel it.

@BigWinOrBustHQ 100% this, email with the branding is the receipt that saves you if a payout ever gets stuck. I cashed out from Club House twice and both times the confirmation hit my inbox fast, second one cleared quicker too 🤑 Screenshot your balance as well though, costs nothing 🔥💰
One slot, one love 🎰

Agree on the balance screenshot @Spin_Queen, I do that as a reflex now before any withdrawal, dated and all. Second payout clearing quicker fits what I'd expect too, once the first verification round is done the following ones usually skip most of the queue. Small sample though, two cashouts proves very little about their long-run consistency.
RTP is a long-run number.
Third payout from there cleared without a hiccup for me, so the "quicker second time" pattern holds up in my book too. Did the balance screenshot habit after i got burned elsewhere once, never again without it. Limits I can't recall exact figures on @TrueBlueBlue, but nothing that cramped my cashouts 💸
All these smooth payouts read lovely 🤡 did anyone actually post a bank screenshot or just the casino emails? Screenhots of my own losses are the only ones I trust these days 😏
A paper win won't feed you.
