On the KYC side I'd keep my ID, a recent utility bill and proof of the deposit source scanned and ready before the first withdrawal, that removes most of the friction whatever their process turns out to be. The wait itself is the open question here, on a small spin sample you can't judge a cashout queue, so hopefully someone with an actual Leon payout chimes in 📊

yeah basically that, mate. proof of source means showing where the money came from, so a bank statement with the card transaction on it, or a payslip if that's the story. i had a venue ask for the same once before a payout and having it saved on the laptop made it a breeze. scan everything before you deposit and you'll be right, ah well, we grind on 😉
