Anyone had a crypto cashout from Rocket Casino actually land yet?

Geelong_True, KYC is just their "know your customer" check. Before they release a cashout they want to see you're a real person and the money's yours. Usually that means a photo ID like your driver's licence, maybe a utility bill or bank statement for address, and sometimes a selfie holding the ID if they're being fussy.
Happened to me on an offshore site a while back, coins wouldn't budge until I sent the docs, then it moved once they were happy. Annoying while you're waiting, but if your withdrawal's stuck in pending it's often just sitting behind that check. Send clean, clear photos the first time or they'll bounce them back and you lose another day 😄

Been watching mine sit in pending too, and funny enough the only cashout I ever had clear quick was after I'd already been through the KYC rigmarole, ID and a bill and all that. So if yous haven't done the docs yet, that's likely what the queue's waiting on. Patience, greed's a poor waiter 😉

Chris_Newcastle, don't wait for a bigger amount to kick it off, send the docs now. From what I've seen over the years the check starts whenever they feel like it, and the fellas who had everything in early were the ones whose crypto actually moved. Turning 50 into 5k once meant nothing when the cashout sat pending for want of a utility bill 😄 ah well, we grind on.

If the wisdom here is that the KYC stuff is what locks the cashout, then honestly, I reckon getting those documents sent immediately is the only sensible play.
