Anyone actually done a cashout with Roo Casino lately?
Been eyeing Roo myself but the KYC stories are what's stopping me from whacking a deposit on. Last cashout that actually cleared clean for me was at another joint and it still took a driver's licence, a utility bill and a selfie holding the card before they'd pay a cent, so if anyone's been through Roo's checks recently, spill it. Did they ask for anything weird, and did the withdrawal land without them stalling for weeks? Cashing out in time is everything, I'd rather know the drama upfront than find out after I've banked a decent hit.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
That selfie-with-card rigmarole is standard everywhere now, BetGod, I'd be more worried if they didn't ask. Haven't personally cashed out of Roo yet so I'm watching this thread same as you, but from years of getting bled dry by offshore checks, my only advice is get your docs sorted before you deposit, not after. Saves a fortnight of mucking about. Ah well, we grind on 😉
I remember the old slots first-hand.
Newbie here, thanks for the heads up 🙏 So if I deposit I should just have my licence and a bill ready straight away? Does the selfie thing happen at Roo too, or only after you ask for a cashout? 😅

Until someone here posts a paid cashout screenshot, I'd hold the deposit. Docs ready is fair advice, but I only believe it when you cash out.
Licence first, deposit after.
Yep, that's exactly it Esky, they get you to hold your card (or a bit of paper with the casino name and date written on it) next to your face and snap a photo, so they can match you to the payment method and prove you're not using someone else's card. Turned 50 into 5k at one joint years back and hit this exact wall at cashout; had the doc sorted in ten minutes and the money came through. Whether Roo makes you do it upfront or only when you ask for a withdrawal, no idea - reckon someone in here who's actually been paid will confirm 😄
So nobody here has actually been paid out by Roo yet? That's doing my head in a bit 😬 if no one's cleared a cashout, why are we all still eyeballing it?
New here, soaking it up.
ChasingLossesAgain summed it up nicely there. Honestly LuckIsAllTillIWin, eyeballing it is all we can do till someone posts a paid screenshot, I keep the docs scanned and ready regardless, because a cashout that stalls on KYC eats your bankroll discipline faster than a cold pokie ever would. First decent payout post clears the doubt for me.
Makes me laugh a bit that we're all sitting here coaching each other on selfie poses for a casino nobody's actually been paid from yet 😅 Surely someone on this forum has cashed out with Roo, even if it stalled? I've got my licence and a bill ready anyway but I'd rather hear from someone who's gone through the whole thing first 🤔
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.
Got stung by a similar place years back and the cashout only moved once I stopped pestering support and just uploaded the lot in one go, licence, bill, card selfie, the works. So my two cents: until a punter here posts an actual paid screenshot from Roo, I'd keep my A$ in my pocket and my docs warm at another joint I've already cleared with. 😭💸
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.
Waiting on a paid screenshot before I even get my docs ready 😅 but honest question - FreoMate, if uploading everything in one go worked, why do most places still ask in dribs and drabs anyway? Feels like they enjoy watching us panic a bit 🙃

@MaxWin_Luck total noob here but I just front-loaded everything on my first cashout, got asked nothing extra. Can't hurt, right? Does Roo pay to card or bank? 🙏

MaxWin_Luck, the reason they drip-feed the doc requests is simple: every extra week they stall is another week your balance sits there getting chewed through if you're silly enough to keep playing it 🙃 FreoMate's got it right, front-load the whole folder in one go and there's nothing left for them to hide behind.
But let's be real about Roo, thread's this long and still nobody's posted a paid screenshot. Easy to have a win on paper, right? Half these places count "processing" as a payout till you ask the question that matters: did anyone here actually withdraw, or is everyone just admiring their bonus balance like it's a trophy cabinet? 😏 The house always wins, some houses just take longer to prove it 💸🤡
A paper win won't feed you.
Word through the grapevine is Roo's KYC is the usual song and dance, licence, bill, the selfie circus. 🤫 Got a mate who reckons the cashout moved once he front-loaded everything day one, no pestering. Whether that's luck or pattern I won't say... those who know, know 😏
Word is… but you didn't hear it 🤫
Front-load the lot first go, works a treat. Paid me to bank fine last cashout 🔥 ah well, some of you just love the panic lol
Backing my slot to the last spin.

@MultiplierGG564 eh, my balance doesn't need their help to vanish, I do that myself for free 🤣 front-loaded everything last time and the cashout cleared to bank no drama.
The only serious thing here is my bust.
@JackRoller lol that balance vanishing bit is too real 🤣 but yeah same experience here, front-loaded my docs first cashout and it cleared to bank no stress. This casino pays when you do the basics right 🔰💰
The hit is close, I can feel it.

@JackRoller same here mate, front-loaded my docs and cashout hit the bank no worries 🔥 hit big on the pokies there last night too, A$340 😱
Everyone in here front-loading like it's a cheat code 😂 sure, post the screenshot when it actually lands in the bank. Harry's "insider grapevine" bit is a classic - a win on paper, right, until the selfie circus stalls y…
A$340 on the pokies, nice one 😱 maybe I'm being dumb but does "front-loaded" mean sending ID before you even cashout? Still learning bonuses here 🙏

Harry's "insider grapevine" bit is a classic - a win on paper, right, until the selfie circus stalls your cashout for a fortnight. Funny how nobody mentions the losses, only the ones who got paid 🤡💸
Show me the withdrawal first 😏

@WildWin777 yeah front-loading is the go, cleared mine no dramas too 🔥 answered Adelaide above: yep, send ID before cashout, saves the selfie circus. Roo pays when you're decent about it... mostly 😅

@BornToSpin_Mode57 "pays when you're decent about it... mostly", that mostly is doing some heavy lifting mate 😂 did you actually withdraw or just clear the bonus and keep spinning? Sends ID up front at an offshore joint, keen punters volunteering docs before a single deposit, whatever floats your boat 🤡💸
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.

@BornToSpin_Mode57 nah mate I've actually cashed out too, got my A$ too 😅 took a bit longer than I liked but it landed. Ah well, Roo's still my go-to 🔥🎰
The hit is close, I can feel it.
Thanks BornToSpin_Mode57 🙏 so do it at signup before my first deposit even? Maybe I'm being dumb but that seems way easier than scrambling when I actually cashout 😅
Learning to clear wagering, go easy 🙏
Mike, do it at signup if they'll accept it, some places only want docs after a deposit. Just make sure the name on your account matches your bank exactly, that's what slows payouts down more than anything.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet 📊

Solid advice that, the name mismatch catches half of ya. Me? I'd rather see the A$ actually land than talk KYC — Mike_Freo, post the screenshot or it's just a win on paper 😏

Still learning all this cashout stuff but that name matching tip is gold, my bank card has a nickname on it so glad I read this 😅 Did anyone find the KYC check slowed things much or is it usually quick once docs are in?
New here, soaking it up.
@Brizzie_North KYC is the hold, docs upfront and it's painless. My card had a nickname too — had to withdraw to the account name instead. 🎰
@Brizzie_North KYC was the slow bit for me too, docs were fine once in, took a day or two and the rest went quick. Same nickname drama on my card, had to pay out to the bank account name instead, no drama after that. And yeah got a A$450 cashout off the pokies last week, this slot pays 🔥💰 ah well

Fair question from Brizzie_North. In my experience the KYC hold is usually the delay, not the payout itself. Get the ID and a utility bill sorted before you request the cashout and it moves quicker; most of my slow ones came from docs being re-uploaded mid-verification. On a small spin sample though, so take it as anecdote 📊

@Brizzie24 spot on, KYC was my hold too, years back. Docs sorted first and it ran smooth. DeadSpin's A$450 gives me a bit of hope, ah well, we grind on 😄
Busted more than you've deposited 😉
