Anyone had a cashout stuck at Leon Casino?

No shame in asking, mate. A utility bill just means any proper household bill with your name and address on it, so yeah a phone bill usually does the trick, same as electricity or gas. Just make sure it's recent, most places want something from the last couple of months, not one from the bottom drawer. I've had accounts verify smoother with a straightforward power bill than anything else, if that helps 😄

@Dave_RTP had the exact same thing, they cleared my licence then wanted a selfie with it mid-wait anyway 😑 Must be a script they run before payout. Rest was quick once I sent it, so don't stress too much TrueBlue_North, the selfie round is usually the last gate. 🔥

Selfie holding the licence is standard now, yeah. Had the same second round at a couple of places even after docs cleared first go. Annoying but if you want that cashout, you just grin and bear it. I keep a folder with everything scanned on my phone so the wait doesn't stretch out 😅
