First deposit at Richman Casino. How's the cashout and KYC side?
Following this one because I'm in the same boat π made my first deposit somewhere else recently and the KYC side did my head in, so keen to hear if Richman's check is smooth or if they make you jump through hoops. Anyone had a cashout actually land from them yet? Total noob here so dumb questions welcome lol π
Learning to clear wagering, go easy π
Mike, been burned enough times that I never drop a first deposit anywhere without reading the withdrawal thread first, good instinct on your part. I haven't had a slap at Richman myself, so can't tell you if their KYC is a breeze or a marathon, but the usual suspects are licence, a utility bill, and sometimes they want the card photo with numbers half covered. Ah well, we grind on β hopefully someone here who's actually cashed out chimes in. π
Busted more than you've deposited π
Bit of a dumb one π
when they ask for a utility bill for KYC, does it need my name on it, or is a shared house bill fine?
New here, soaking it up.
Not a dumb one at all, mate. Everyone hits this wall the first time.
The trick is it doesn't have to be a bill in your name exactly; what they're after is proof of your address. Plenty of places accept a shared household bill as long as you can back it up, a lease agreement with your name on it, or a Centrelink/bank statement showing that address usually does the job better anyway. What kills people is sending a photo with half the address cut off or a bill three years old, that's when the check goes from a day to a fortnight of back-and-forth emails.
Turned a small deposit into a decent payout once years back and nearly had the whole thing sit in limbo because my ID photo had a glare on it. Moral of the story: send everything crisp, all four corners visible, current date. If you're renting, ask the real estate for a copy of the lease now, before you deposit β saves you scrambling later when they freeze your cashout waiting on docs.
ChasingLossesAgain is right - my house share bill had my flatmate's name and the site accepted it once I added a signed note and my lease page. Fingers crossed Richman's similar π€
That shared-bill fix helps heaps, cheers π Still learning the KYC ropes myself. Anyone here actually cashed out of Richman yet, or are we all still waiting?

@Geelong_True good trick with the lease page, might save someone a week of waiting. But did they actually let you withdraw, or did the signed note hit a wall at cashout? π
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.

@StickySpin cashed out of Richman just last week, went smoother than I expected ngl π
KYC took a bit of back and forth on the bill thing but once the lease page went through it cleared next morning. Pulled about A$640 from my favourite pokie session. Hit big last night too actually, this slot pays π₯π°
Only gripe is the withdrawal queue took a day longer than the site claims, ah well, money landed regardless π€π΅ Anyone else find their live chat dead on weekends or just me?
Spinning reels dawn to dusk.

@DeadSpinMerchant A$640 sounds nice but got a cashout screenshot? "Cleared next morning" means nothing until it lands in the bank. Also wouldn't mind knowing which licence these blokes run under before anyone here throws a first deposit at them, check the blacklist first is my rule.
Licence first, deposit after.
A$640 and he's already bragging π did you even withdraw it or is that a win on paper? Post the screenshot when it hits the bank, sure.

@DeadSpinMerchant cheers for the breakdown mate, that lease page thing sounds like the key step π I'm a few weeks into my first deposit here and my question is dumb but real, do they make you re-do KYC if you withdraw to a different card than the one you deposited with? That's where I reckon I'll get stuck π

@TrueBlueBlue not a dumb question at all, most places make you re-verify if the card name doesn't match yours, so keep a photo of the card ready just in case πΈ Mine cleared without drama but a mate of mine got asked for pics once. Also LeeManly, I hit big last night on my favourite pokie here so your scepticism can wait π
Backing my slot to the last spin.
