hey mate no dumb questions here. KYC just means "know your customer" - the checks they run before paying you out, usually a licence or passport plus maybe a bill to confirm your address. like others have said, most of these offshore joints say "no KYC" at deposit but pull the docs card right when you request a cashout, so have a licence handy when that withdrawal goes in. ah well, we grind on
