King Billy cashout limits
Was eyeballing King Billy myself for a decent slap on the pokies, but the weekly cap is what's holding me up. Anyone actually banked a hit big enough to test how the ceiling works in practice. Like does it split over weeks or drag on? Cashing out in time is everything, so I'd rather know before I spin A$2 a go at something hot. 🔥
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
good question mate, and i'd rather someone who's actually been paid answer it than me guess. been eyeballing the same cap myself.
what i can tell you is what the support mob said when i asked: if a win bumps into the weekly ceiling, the rest just sits in your balance and rolls over to the next week, so it drips out, no forfeiting it. that's the theory anyway. never had a hit big enough to test it meself, sadly. turned a fifty into a few grand once years back on an old pub pokie but that's cash in hand, different world entirely 😉
if anyone here has actually copped the drip-feed treatment at King Billy, keen to hear how smooth (or slow) it ran.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
The rollover thing Dave mentioned matches what I'd expect - the remainder just parks in your balance and trickles out as each new week's window opens, so a decent slap means you're drip-fed over multiple weeks rather than one cheque. Annoying, but at least it's not money you lose. What I'd want to know before I put serious volume through them is whether the cap is hard per week or if it flexes for VIP tiers, because on a small spin sample nobody here can tell us.
My angle's a bit different though: if your expected win size regularly clears a weekly ceiling, the cap effectively changes your variance profile, you're locking in a slower cashout curve whether the pokies run hot or cold. I keep a sheet on this sort of thing and the honest answer is the hit rate matters more than RTP when a withdrawal limit is in play; a game that pays smaller, more frequent wins will get your money out faster under a weekly cap than a high-volatility dead machine that needs one feature to do all the work.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet 📊
Yeah nah, drip-fed over weeks would do my head in 😅 Thanks Dave and Cascade for clearing that up. Still learning bonuses here, does the rollover part stay wagerable while it waits?

Same question as MaxWin, plus one more, while the rollover is just sitting there waiting for next week, can I actually withdraw it if I skip the bonus stuff? Still learning 😅 thanks for the breakdowns Dave 👍
ah the rollover bit eh, think of it like a queue at the club bar: if your win is bigger than what they'll pay in one week, the leftover just waits its turn and gets pushed out to you next week, then the week after, till it's all gone. Say the cap covers part of your hit, you bank that slice, and the rest just sits there parked for the following window.
I remember the old slots first-hand.
That bar queue analogy actually helped, cheers 😅 Still hazy on whether the waiting chunk stays playable or just sits frozen. Anyone hit a win big enough to find out?

turned 50 into 5k on the old slots once and learnt the hard way: any frozen chunk just sits there dead till the next window, playable money keeps turning over separately 😉

@ChasingLossesAgain 50 into 5k is massive mate, respect 🔥 I had a similar moment on my favourite pokie last month, spun up about A$3,400 from bugger all and the frozen chunk thing kicked in too. Honestly thought it'd be a drama but the rest of the balance kept spinning like nothing happened, cashed the dead part out the next week no worries.
LeeManly wanting screenshots is fair enough but some of us just win and post for fun lol 🤑 My only tip for the newbie above: don't panic when you see money sitting there "pending", it's boring but it does land when the window opens. Smashed a decent hit again last night actually... 🎰💰
Yeah ChasingLossesAgain that lines up with what I figured, frozen chunk just sits there dead like a pokie on the fritz 😅 My worry is the opposite, only ever cashed out small amounts so far, so a win bigger than the weekly cap would be brand new territory for me. Does the frozen bit stay in your balance visibly while it waits, or does it sort of vanish till the next payout? Still working out how these caps handle big hits 🤔
New here, soaking it up.
Fair question, but I'd want to see a cashout screenshot from anyone here claiming they actually got stung by the cap, half these "worked fine for me" stories are just promo noise. From what I've seen the unpaid balance sits there doing nothing till the next week's window opens. If someone's got proof of a win above the ceiling being paid in instalments, post the receipts, otherwise I file it under no payout, no proof.

@LeeManly mate I've had a frozen chunk sitting there waiting myself, no screenshot but my bank statement backs it up 😅 Hit big last night style moment a while back and the leftover just sat dead till the next week. Annoying but it does pay out eventually, always action here on King Billy 💰🎰
Screenshot or it didn't happen, reckon LeeManly's right 😅 Never banked a hit past the cap there myself, frozen chunk just sits dead till next window from what I've heard. 🎰

@Payline888 same here mate, bank statement had the payout sitting in there plain as day 😅 the frozen chunk annoyed me too but honestly when a pokie pays you 5k off pocket change I'll wait a week no worries 🤑🤑 jackpot on King Billy every time, just gonna keep spinning on it every evening...
One slot, one love 🎰
"Bank statement backs it up" still isn't a screenshot of the cashout completing, Payline. Pending balance sitting there for a week is exactly where offshore places like to stall people. Long run it's all minus anyway, so I'll believe it when someone actually posts the withdrawal confirmation with the date visible.

@Manly_North mine cleared to the bank fine, maybe 4 days all up, and the pending bit just felt long cause I was refreshing like a madman 😅 King Billy's been my all-time favourite for a while and this slot pays, so maybe I'm biased but no stall stories from me yet... bank side showing it landed is the real proof though, I reckon

@Tassie24 a week of waiting is exactly the point, mate. Got a cashout screenshot showing the full A$5k actually cleared? Statement of what landing where, or it didn't happen.
Hype isn't a payout.
@CairnsKid fair point, proof matters. I'm still learning bonuses and haven't cashed out yet, but do statements from the bank not count? Asking before my first withdrawal 😅

@CairnsKid bank-side is the only real proof mate, casino history page means sweet FA. Worked in hospo long enough to know receipts talk. Got mine via bank transfer a while back, A$3k-ish, took the pending plus a few days, statement showed it plain as day 😏 And to the newbies asking, yes, get the bank statement before you believe anything. Word is their bigger payouts need the full ID check sorted first, otherwise it just sits there... those who know, know 🤫

@Harry_777 that helps a lot actually 🙏 so the bank statement is what I should be checking, not the casino page? I'm still learning bonuses and my first cashout is stuck in pending right now, small one like A$150. Does the pending time count from when you request or after they approve it?

@CairnsKid quick question from someone who hasn't even cashed out yet 😅 does the casino's own withdrawal history page count as proof, or do you really need the bank side showing it landed? Still learning bonuses and all this, and I'd rather know before my first one goes through. Cheers, that helps a lot already 🙏
Bank statement's the gospel truth, casino page is just a pretty screenshot 🤣 mine landed fine, only drama was me refreshing like a maniac. Donated to the casino again since but that's unrelated 😂
The only serious thing here is my bust.

@QueenOfSpins_VIP the refreshing bit made me laugh, I did the exact same thing on my first King Billy withdrawal - checked the bank app so many times in one evening that I could've written a variance report on it 📊
And that "donated it back" comment is where I'll gently push back on Spin_Queen's "you'll be hooked". Once the money lands, the smart move is to log the session properly: what you deposited, what you pulled out, what the hit rate looked like. Most punters never do it, so their sample feels like luck when it's just a tiny spin count. A$150 is a great learning size precisely because it lets you watch the process end to end without the outcome mattering much. Treat the first cashout as data, not a dopamine hit, and the next one goes smoother.
RTP is a long-run number.
@MissFortune88 haha the refreshing is a rite of passage mate 😅 my first King Billy cashout I checked the bank app like every 10 mins at work, nearly copped it from the boss. Spin_Queen's "donated it back" hits different though. Last night's session basically paid for my withdrawal and then took it all home again 🤑🔥 ah well, that's pokies for ya

@Brizzie_North pending clock runs from when they approve it, not when you hit the button, the request sitting there while they do the ID/wagering check is the slow part. A$150 first cashout is a good size to learn on honestly, small enough that if it drags a few days you won't lose sleep over it.
My tip: make sure any bonus wagering is fully cleared BEFORE you request, because if they spot an uncleared bonus they'll void the lot and you're back to zero. Cleared a wagering bonus at King Billy myself last year, ground out the turnover on minimum bets per spin, checked the balance was real money only, then withdrew, landed clean. Cashing out in time is everything, don't let a win sit there tempting you into one more spin 🔥
@Dave_RTP true that, the approve button is where the clock actually starts 😂 My A$150 taught me patience the hard way, bank's gone in style before the pending even cleared 🤣
Came to hit, stayed to tilt 🍿
@WildWin777 "cashed out more times than I can count" yet the last one went straight back in 😂 classic win on paper, right. Did you even withdraw once and actually keep it, or does the bank app refresh just preview the ne…
@VolatilityMaster lol pending clearing is just a warm up mate, mine goes back on the pokies before the bank even pings 😂 hit big last night and already reloading it... ah well
Spinning reels dawn to dusk.
Yeah Dave's spot on, approval is where mine sat too. A$150's a nice low-stakes first one, once it lands you'll be hooked 🔥🎰 ah well, we all go broke chasing it anyway
One slot, one love 🎰
Refreshing the bank app every 10 mins, that's a rite of passage alright 😂 I still do it and I've cashed out from King Billy more times than I can count. Once that approval button gets smacked it's usually quick for me... and yeah my last one went straight back into the pokies anyway 🤑💰
The hit is close, I can feel it.

A paper win won't feed you.
@WildWin777 lol the 10 min refresh is too real, I do the exact same thing 😂 and no shame in reloading, the fun's in the chase. King Billy has been quick for me too, once the approval lands it hits the account before I've finished my cuppa 🤑🎰 ah well
Backing my slot to the last spin.
@MultiplierGG564 keeping it is overrated mate, the fun's in the chase 😂 King Billy cashed my last one quick though, back on the pokies before I even refreshed the app 🤑🎰 ah well
Backing my slot to the last spin.
King Billy is the best provider hands down. Seriously quick payouts, all-time favourite! 🔥💰🎰🤑
