Fair Go's KYC has seen more of my ID than the RTA ever has
Give them one doc and they'll ask for another three, that's been my experience with these mob. Had a cashout sitting in KYC limbo longer than the session that earned it, and that's the part that stings, you've hit, you've done your bit, then the paperwork dance starts. Get every piece of ID uploaded up front before you even wager, saves a fortnight of grief. 😭
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
ha, KYC limbo longer than the session, that line hurt because it's true 😄
i've had the same dance with these mobs, mate. you send the licence, they want a utility bill, then a selfie holding the thing like it's a passport control queue at the airport. what gets me is the docs were fine when you deposited - nobody asked a single question while the money was going in, funny that. then you actually win and suddenly they want to know your blood type. i've learned to just get everything uploaded up front before i even chase a cashout, saves a week of ping-pong. annoying as it is though, i'd rather deal with a fussy check than a mob that waves it through and then ghosts you when it's time to pay. ah well, we grind on.
I remember the old slots first-hand.

The selfie-with-ID bit gets me every time. My bank has never asked for that, my telco hasn't, but an online casino I supposedly can't legally play at wants a passport photo shoot before releasing funds. You've got to wonder how much of that dance is compliance and how much is just hoping you get bored, cancel the withdrawal, and punt it back.
Call me a cynic, but if someone in this thread actually cleared Fair Go's KYC and got paid, post the cashout screenshot. Not the balance, not the win screen — the money landing. I'll happily eat my words then. Until I see one of those, my read is that the paperwork pile-up is doing exactly what it's designed to do, and "they paid me eventually" without proof is just advertising with extra steps.
Licence first, deposit after.
Yeah nah the selfie bit cracks me up too, done it once and they still wanted more docs... at least the pokies at the local never ask for a utility bill 😅
Turned 50 into 5k once on the old-school grind and still had to prove my street address to a mob I'd never rung in me life. KYC's got the club beat heaps of ways 😄
Manly_North nailed it — the selfie circus is pure theatre 🤡 My bank's never needed my ugly mug, but sure, the casino does. Did they actually let you withdraw in the end? 😏
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
Yeah the doc bingo never ends with Fair Go, sent my licence, then a bill, then front and back of me card 💳😂 ArvoKid, yeah they eventually paid up, but ngl the selfie round nearly broke me, I looked like a crims mugshot 📸🎰 Just don't touch the account after you're verified or the circus starts again.

@Payline888 the mugshot line has me dead 🤣 my selfie looked like I was getting arrested at Central Station at 3am. Fair Go's seen more of my licence than the RTA too, and I've donated to the casino enough times they should name a pokie after me. Anyway, glad they paid up, heard any new deposit restarts the whole circus so I'm treating the account like a haunted house now 👻
The only serious thing here is my bust.
Payline888, cheers for the breakdown, that's pretty much where I'm at too 😅 I only made my first deposit recently and even I've learnt you don't touch the account once the docs go through. Still working out the whole bonus wagering side of things, so the KYC circus on top of that has me nervous, glad to hear they do eventually pay at least 🙏

Sounds like we all done the sameKYC shuffle with these blokes 😅 My rule after the selfie round: verify once, then don't log a toenail near the account till you're ready to cashout, cos any new deposit resets the whole circus. Paid me in the end though, so I'll cop the paperwork, just reckon the banks ask less for a home loan 🎰

@John_HighRoller solid rule mate, learnt it the hard way myself 🤣 deposited the last of it lol mid-verification once and the circus reopened. Now I treat the account like a museum after docs go through 😂
One more spin, promise.
Genuinely stressing about this now 😅 my docs went through yesterday and I was gonna have a cheeky spin tonight. So any new deposit before I cashout restarts the whole check thing? Cheers ArvoKid and John for the heads up 🙏
New here, soaking it up.
@TrueBlueBlue yeah that's my understanding too, don't touch it till the check clears or you risk reopening the whole circus. Same boat here, docs in yesterday, just sitting on my hands and it's painful 😅 did anyone say how long Fair Go usually takes to clear it?

@TrueBlue_North took me about a week last time, docs in Monday, cleared by the arvo the following Monday. Hands off the account the whole time too, I made the classic mistake of poking it once and the queue started over 😂 and yeah sure, hold that A$20, the house always wins anyway 🤡💸
A paper win won't feed you.
@TrueBlue_North week sounds about right based on what MultiplierGG564 said, so docs in yesterday means you're probably fine by next week if you don't poke it. Maybe I'm being dumb but this is my first cashout ever pending, the waiting is worse than losing 😅🙏
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.
Cheers for that, so if I just leave the account alone till the docs clear I'm right? Was about to chuck another $20 in tonight 😬🙏

Week for a KYC clear is decent by offshore standards, I'll give them that. Keep the A$20 in your pocket though - no payout screenshots in this thread yet, so treat everything as pending until someone proves it.
Licence first, deposit after.
@LeeManly mate I got my cashout cleared last month, drew it to my card, smooth as 🔥 if docs are in order Fair Go pays, trust me 💰🎰
The hit is close, I can feel it.

fair point @LeeManly, though wildwin just posted his cashout cleared to the card, so that's one receipt on the board 😉
i'll back it up with my own: had a withdrawal through fair go a while back, docs took their sweet time but the money landed once they were happy. remember waiting on a payout once years back and poking support every arvo like it'd speed things up. It never does, just makes you mental. turned 50 into 5k on an old microgaming job once and learned the hard way that patience beats poking. greed got the last of that 5k anyway, as it does 😄
esky, first payout is always the longest week of your life. don't chase it, the checking does the work.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.

@Esky_24 you're not being dumb at all, first cashout pending is nerve-wracking for everyone 😅 I'm in the same boat as a recent depositor so this thread is gold for me. Question though, when your docs cleared, did they email you or did you have to check the account yourself? 🤔
New here, soaking it up.
Same boat here, first pending cashout myself and checking the account every hour 😅 Can't answer the email question yet but hoping they do notify us. Going silent while docs are "in review" seems rough. Lucky my first deposit was tiny so I'm only sweating over A$ small change 🤔

@SlotAddictLord the hourly account refresh gets everyone, I did exactly that on my first cashout years back and learned nothing new each time. Fair Go reviews on their own schedule, no amount of refreshing moves it.
Two practical tips from experience: keep your deposit small like you've done (smart move, agreed with CairnsKid there), and check your spam folder, their verification emails land in junk more often than they should. Also photograph your ID properly, no glare, all four corners visible. Bad scans are the number one reason docs bounce back for resubmission, and every resubmit resets the review clock. When mine cleared, the email notification did come through, so there's a decent chance you'll get pinged rather than having to chase it.
While you wait, worth noting the variance side of things: a small cashout like yours is the perfect test because if the process drags, the only thing you've lost is patience 📊
RTP is a long-run number.

@SlotAddictLord checking every hour won't speed them up, they review on their own clock. Small first deposit is the smart move honestly, that's exactly how you test whether they actually pay before you put anything real in. Got a cashout screenshot once it clears? If docs drag past a week with silence, that's your cue to stop depositing.
Hype isn't a payout.
yeah the refresh thing is real, been there 😅 my first fair go cashout I reckon I opened the cashier like 50 times that arvo, zero info each time. they did pay me though, took a bit while docs cleared but the money landed and that's what counts
@SlotAddictLord that tiny first deposit move is exactly right mate, treat it like a test run. if they clear A$ small change without drama you know the machine works before you trust it with real coin 💰 SlotAddictLord: Same boat here, first pending cashout myself and checking the account every hour 😅 Can't answer the email question yet but hoping they do notify us. Refreshed my cashier so many times first payout I could've worn a groove in the screen 😅 they paid me too, docs cleared and money landed. Trust the process... ah well 🔥💰

@BornToSpin_Mode57 worn a groove in the screen 😅 classic. I keep the bet per spin flat while docs clear, no point chasing during a withdrawal. Cashing out in time is everything, patience pays 💸
@Sam_Roller885 patience pays 🤡 a win on paper, right? Did you even withdraw yet or still refreshing the cashier like everyone else here 😏
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
@AlmostHadItRegret nah my first cashout came through last week, docs took a bit but it landed 😅 refreshing the cashier is half the fun though right, still learning bonuses here

@Brizzie_North good on ya mate, first cashout landing is the best feeling 🔥 hit big last night on my all-time favourite pokie and the cashier refresh is 100% a ritual for me too, no shame 😅
Yeah the doc ping-pong drags a bit but every time I've sent stuff through it's landed, couple cycles now, never lost a cent. Anyone giving Fair Go grief can cope, my A$ wins keep coming and that's all I care about 🤑🎰
The hit is close, I can feel it.
@GaryParra agree with that, verified once and mine's been smooth since 🔶 exactly why I get it all done early, one A$ win hit me with the doc ping-pong and nearly had a meltdown 😅 worth it ah well
@Fortune_King45 congrats on the hit 🔥 glad I'm not the only one refreshing the cashier like a maniac 😅 did you do verification before your first withdrawal or after? Maybe dumb question but wondering if it saves time.
@BornToSpin_Mode57 trust the process 🤡 mate the only process at Fair Go is them eyeballing your passport for a fortnight before they let go of your own money. Mine cleared eventually too, but I love how everyone here talks about a payout like it's a miracle instead of, you know, their cash 😏
Show me the withdrawal first 😏
lol I still hit refresh on the cashier out of habit even now 😅 they paid my last cashout no dramas though, A$850 landed same week docs cleared. this slot pays, worth the wait 🔥💰
Spinning reels dawn to dusk.
HobartTrue has a point buried in the sarcasm though, it is your money, and the fortnight of doc ping-pong feels longer than it is. My take after a few cycles with them: the verification time is roughly constant regardless of your win size, so the real variable you control is what you do during the wait. Sam's flat bet discipline is exactly right, because chasing during a pending withdrawal is where variance bites hardest - your spin sample during that window is tiny, and tiny samples lie to you every time.
One thing I'd add from experience: submit the docs before you even request the cashout if you can. Cuts the eyeballing stage down noticeably. DeadSpinMerchant's A$850 same-week landing matches my pattern once the file was clean.
Volatility > vibes.

You're deadset right about getting it sorted early, @Spin_Queen. Bonus hunting is a job, and you need your cashout path clear to manage the bankroll discipline. I had a huge payout during a bonus cycle once, and running into the doc ping-pong right before I could secure the funds was proper stressing.
