"No local comeback" means if they sit on your cashout, there's no Aussie regulator to complain to, they're offshore, so ACMA might block the site but it can't force them to pay you. With a licensed local joint, or even the pokies at your RSL, at least there's rules and someone to ring; with an offshore outfit, you're basically relying on them being decent. Haven't cleared KYC there myself, so still keen to hear if anyone has 😄

A dated screenshot of your balance and the transaction history at deposit time is worth more than any promise from support, because offshore outfits have a habit of "losing" records exactly when you ask for a withdrawal.
