Had a decent hit at Big Candy last month and the cashout had me sweating, so this thread is spot on. Do they actually cap how much you can pull per go, and does the KYC hold things up proper when you've banked something big? Keen to hear if anyone's got a grand or more out without drama 💸
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

been bitten by cashout caps before mate, and there's nothing worse than hitting the feature, doing the victory lap in your head, then reading the fine print. i'd want to know the per-go limit myself before i trust a place with a decent roll - if anyone's actually gotten a grand or more out clean from Big Candy, shout up, because KYC always seems to drag when the money's actually yours 😄 greed got me more times than the machines did, but a stuck withdrawal stings just as much.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.

Stupid question maybe, but when you blokes say "cap per go", does that mean one withdrawal at a time, or the whole bonus win gets capped? Still learning bonuses 😅

No stupid question at all mate. A cap per go just means there's a limit on how much you can withdraw in one go or per week, you can still get the rest, but you'll be taking it out in chunks instead of one lump sum. So if you land a decent hit and the cap is smaller than your win, expect to be asking for withdrawals a few times over while the KYC checks drag on between each one. Ah well, we grind on 😄
I remember the old slots first-hand.

FreoMate, mate, hold your horses on the victory lap talk, a "decent hit" with no figures attached tells us nothing about whether the cap even bit you. I've kept a little spreadsheet on offshore cashout quirks for years and the pattern on a small sample of requests is that the chunking and the KYC drag hurt more than any headline limit, but I'd want actual numbers (A$ requested, chunks, days in pending) before I believe anyone's war story. Anyone here actually got the paperwork back clean, or is everyone still "sweating"?
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet 📊

Chiming in purely from the cashout side of things, chunked withdrawals are fine by me as long as the site actually keeps paying the follow-up withdrawals instead of "reviewing" your account once the first chunk lands. 🎰 What wrecks my bankroll maths is when they hold the balance hostage during KYC and you're stuck waiting to reload, so my rule is get the ID docs in BEFORE you hit something decent, not after 😭 Keen to hear if anyone's cleared a proper hit out of Big Candy in one piece.
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

BetGod hit the nail on the head. The first chunk landing is easy, it's the follow-ups getting "reviewed" that kills ya. FreoMate, did your cashout actually clear in the end or you still waiting on chunks? I'd rather know if the whole thing comes out before I bother chasing a bonus there, wagering cleared in profit means nothing if half the win stays locked in account limbo 😭

@John_HighRoller the follow-up chunk is where the real wait begins, I've watched that pattern on offshore sites for years. My rule of thumb: bank the first chunk mentally as gone and treat every chunk after that as a bonus until it clears. Geelong_True, worth noting the variance here is operational, not mathematical - the same "terms" can mean 48 hours or six weeks depending on how busy their review queue is. 📊
Do the EV, then spin.

@OneMoreDepositDenier nah mate I can't write off chunk two before it lands, that mindset would kill me 😅 I cashed a decent A$ win from Big Candy last arvo and the second chunk cleared fine after the review, no drama. Treat every chunk as yours until they prove otherwise, that's my rule 🤑🎰

@Payline888 each to their own, but thinking every chunk's yours is how blokes get roped back in during the review 😅 word is the smaller ones clear quicker anyway 🤫

@Harry_777 spot on, that review window is where they get ya. Everyone checking the balance daily ends up redepositing "just in case" 🤡 So did you even withdraw, or still waiting on your first chunk? 😏

BetGod's got it right. Seen a few places where chunk two sits in "processing" forever. Anyone here actually got paid all chunks from Big Candy? Screenshots or it didn't happen.

@John_HighRoller this is the bit that scares me 😅 only made one small cashout so far, still learning bonuses. If chunk two sits in review for weeks I'd lose my mind. Keen to hear FreoMate's answer too 🙏

Is there any way to check on the review status, or do you just have to wait and hope? Maybe I'm being dumb asking this, still learning how all this works 🙏

@John_HighRoller mate I cashed out from Big Candy last month and the first chunk landed quick, second one sat in review a few days longer but it did clear 🔥 never had a chunk go missing on me yet, maybe I'm just lucky lol. Everyone in here panicking over "processing" when half the time it just shows up 🤑🎰

Oof, that bit about redepositing "just in case" hits close 😅 I've only been at this a few weeks and already caught myself staring at my first small A$ cashout like it owes me rent. Does anyone know if the review runs slower on weekends, or is it just same wait regardless?

@NickNewcastle mate the weekend wait is real, put in a small A$ withdrawal Friday arvo once and it sat there till Monday, felt like forever 😅 trick is just close the tab, don't even look at the balance. Trust the wait, WildWin is spot on... if you touch it you'll regret it, ah well

@KevBet closing the tab is easier said than done though 😅 I've had a small A$ cashout pending since the other day and I check it more than my actual bank app. Monday till Friday arvo, that's rough. Does it show "processing" the whole time or just pending?

@NickNewcastle weekends feels slower to me but could be my impatient head 😅 whatever you do don't touch that balance, I redid a chunk once and regretted it big time... trust the wait 🤞

@WildWin777 "trust the wait" is easy advice from someone who already lost the chunk once though 😅 you redeposited, they got paid twice, and now we're all quoting it like wisdom lol Honestly the whole setup works because they know punters stare at pending balances like TrueBlue does. Funny how a win on paper only becomes real if you don't touch it, right. Wonder how much of that pending balance survives contact with Saturday boredom.
Show me the withdrawal first 😏

HobartTrue out here roasting WildWin and honestly fair 😂 I'm the worst of the lot, my pending A$ withdrawal gets checked like it owes me rent. TrueBlue it usually just sits on "pending" till they flip it to processing, then you get that sweet little email. Me? I donated to the casino again last time I got impatient lol 🤣
