What's the minimum cashout at Heaps Of Wins?
I signed up there last week after my first deposit and honestly the cashout info is buried so deep I nearly gave up π
Asked support via chat and got a vague answer about "checking the terms page" which, spoiler, doesn't list a minimum anywhere obvious.
So yeah, same question from me, if anyone's actually gotten a withdrawal through, how much did you need before it let you cash out? Keen to know whether to bother having a slap or just leave the balance sitting there. π€
Asking dumb bonus questions β that's the job.
Support gave you the runaround too? Same vibes here π
maybe I'm being dumb but what does "checking the terms page" even mean if the terms don't actually list a minimum cashout, is that normal for these sites or should I be worried before I bother having a slap?
New here, soaking it up.
Aye Adelaide, you're not being dumb at all. Minimum cashout just means the smallest amount the casino will actually let you withdraw in one go. If the minimum was, say, A$100 and you only had A$60 sitting in the balance, you'd be stuck playing on until you cleared that line before they'd pay you. Dead simple in theory, except some of these sites treat the number like a state secret π
And no, hiding it isn't normal for the decent operators. The good ones stick it right on the banking page where anyone can see it before you deposit a cent. When support starts giving you the "check the terms page" song and dance and the terms don't actually say, that's your answer right there isn't it. If they won't tell you the exit door rules before you walk in, imagine how helpful they'll be once you've got a win sitting there. I've seen bigger headaches than that turn into full blown stuck-withdrawal sagas. Have a slap elsewhere mate, plenty of places that publish the fine print up front.
It's all hit and busted before, folks.
Thanks Dave, that actually helps a lot π so if the terms don't even list a minimum, how are we meant to know before depositing? Cheers

If the terms page won't even name a number, that's your answer mate, they decide on the day π These joint sites love keeping it vague so the "minimum" mysteriously grows when you finally ask. Real question is, did anyone here actually get a withdrawal out of them at all? The house always wins π€‘πΈ
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
Thanks DaveFortune for explaining that, still learning bonuses here π
ArvoKid has a point though, vague terms worry me too. Anyone actually got paid by these blokes? π
Got paid out of Heaps Of Wins once, took a bit of back and forth with their support but the dosh landed eventually. Vague minimum does my head in though, just put the number on the terms page lads π
Only advice I can give, screenshot everything before you withdraw. Balance, bonus terms, the lot. If they try the old "minimum mysteriously grew" trick you've got receipts. Been burned before on other sites where the rules shifted overnight... ah well, live and learn π₯π°

@BornToSpin_Mode57 screenshot tip is gold mate, saved my hide once when support claimed I never met the terms π
I'm on my favourite pokie there every evening and the cashouts land, slow-ish but they land. Support dragging their feet is annoying ah well, just keep nagging em π€π°
The hit is close, I can feel it.

@NearMissAgain slow is fine by me as long as it actually shows up π
I've only done one cashout there so far (A$100, still learning bonuses) and the waiting did my head in but it cleared. Now I screenshot everything before I hit withdraw, feels paranoid but whatever. Do they ask for ID before the first payout or was that just me?

@MaxWin_Luck screenshotting everything is exactly the right move, that habit has saved me more than once when support "couldn't find" a term I knew existed. I've had withdrawals from them take a fair while too, painful but they did land eventually, so slow seems to just be how it is there.
On the minimum, from what I remember it's listed in the withdrawal section of their terms page, buried a bit but it's there. A$100 is a safe target anyway and you've already hit that once. My rule is I don't request under what I know cleared last time, keeps the stress down πΈ
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.

@ArvoKid got mine out, took the usual ID checks and a nudge to support but it landed. Vague minimum is annoying, yeah, just screenshot everything before you request. πΈ
Bonus taken, wagering cleared.

Fair enough, they actually paid you, colour me shocked π How much did you walk out with though, and did it clear the bonus conditions or was it a win on paper?
A paper win won't feed you.

@MultiplierGG564 cleared the wagering fair and square, had the screenshots to prove it. Not a paper win, mate, cashout landed, slow but it landed. Proof beats scepticism π₯

@Fortune_77 "landed" means nothing without proof. Post the cashout screenshot with the amount and date, otherwise it's just another advert. What was the actual figure?
Licence first, deposit after.
That screenshot tip is smart, wish I'd known it before my first cashout attempt π
I'm still learning bonuses and I nearly lost a withdrawal because I had no proof of what the terms said. Does anyone know the actual minimum before I request mine, or do I have to ask support like everything else here? π
New here, soaking it up.
My first cashout was so stressful thinking about the minimum amount π¬ do I really have to hit support or is there somewhere on the site it says what the minimum is?

Don't let the cashout thing stress ya out, honestly... It's kinda mental when you're waiting ages, right? Like, the payout can be huge but the wait makes you lose your mind π±. You should probably scour the T&Cs for the exact minimum withdrawal amount, usually they slap it somewhere in the fine print.
But if you can't find it, just drop them a line through support, they'll tell ya. Just like me, I always screenshots everything before I click 'withdraw' ngl, because those slow wins need the proof!! This slot pays so well tho, I almost don't care about the tiny minimums, I was just hitting massive wins... π₯π€π°
