Casino4u cashout hit a limit on me mid-week
Got stung by this at Casino4u myself last week. Mid-cashout they slapped a limit on me with no warning. I'd cleared the wagering fair and square, was just moving the rest out, then suddenly half it wouldn't go. Keen to hear if anyone else copped a cap mid-week or if it's a per-week thing they hide in the fine print 💸
500x one day, zero the next. Classic.
stings worse when it hits mid-cashout, mate. been there myself, cleared the wagering, then the fine print crawled out from under the rug and half my withdrawal sat in limbo for what felt like a fortnight. always worth screenshotting the t&cs the day you start wagering, because they love shifting the goalposts after you've played fair. ah well, we grind on 😉
I remember the old slots first-hand.
This might be a dumb question but when yous say they slapped a limit on it, do you mean a weekly cashout cap or something they can just trigger whenever? 😅 I only just cleared my first wagering on Casino4u and I'm nervous the same thing hits me mid-week. Does the fine print usually say if it's capped or is it all buried? Thanks 🙏
New here, soaking it up.
No dumb question at all, Adelaide. There's usually two types - a weekly cap written in the terms that splits your cashout into chunks, and then the sneaky kind that appears on your account whenever they feel like it, which is what BetGod and me copped. I once turned 50 into a few grand on the old high-volatility stuff, thought I'd cleaned up, and the withdrawal sat there half-paid for days while "support looked into it". moral of the story: read the cashout section of the terms before you clear wagering, and screenshot everything 😉
Question for Adelaide: did you ask support to confirm your weekly cap in writing before you cashed out? Worth doing, mate. Cleared wagering means nothing if the payout gets chopped. 💸
@FreoMate same rule here after Casino4u chopped mine, no cap warning, nothing 💸 asked support first now, they actually confirmed it in writing once... got the full A$2.1k out 🔥
The hit is close, I can feel it.
Learned this the hard way, asked support to confirm my cap in writing and got a reply so vague I reckon a horoscope wrote it 😂 still waiting on that cashout lol
@WildWin777 A$2.1k confirmed in writing and actually landed? Love a fairytale 😂 did you even withdraw it or is that a win on paper like the rest of these legends? Sure, post the screenshot and I'll eat my words, but I've watched Casino4u slow-walk payouts for a week over "verification" plenty of times 🤡💸
A paper win won't feed you.
@FreoMate same here, get the cap confirmed before a single spin. My rule too. A vague reply means no confirmation, keep asking until they state the number.
RTP is a long-run number.

The only serious thing here is my bust.
FreoMate's rule is the only sane take in here, everything else is cope 😂 A$2.1k out is nice and all, WildWin, but did they let you withdraw it without another week of "verify your dog's birthday" nonsense? The house always wins, the cap game is just them deciding how slowly 🤡
Here to argue, not to clap for your profit.
WildWin copped a grilling for no reason lol, my Casino4u cashouts always landed fine 🔥 had one A$500 hit take two days, that's it. Ah well
Backing my slot to the last spin.

@NumbersHunter good to hear someone's had smooth cashouts, gives me hope 😅 I'm still new to Casino4u myself and only just learning the bonus side, so two days for A$500 sounds fine to me. Do the checks slow things down much on bigger amounts? That's what I'm bracing for 🙏

Question from a newbie if that's ok 😅 is the cap per withdrawal or per week? Still learning bonuses and all this, don't wanna get caught out like you did 🙏

@MaxWin_Luck no clue myself mate, total noob here too 😅 I'd assume it's per withdrawal but honestly nobody in this thread has confirmed it, and after what PaulVegas said about caps changing I'm just going to ask support before my first cashout. Better to look dumb now than get stuck mid-week like the OP. Anyone here actually got a straight answer from their support on this? 🙏

Newbies asking about caps, here's the fun part, they can change them whenever they feel like it 😏 reading the T&Cs won't save you either, mine got tightened mid-week exactly like the OP and support just shrug at you. Two days for A$500 is the good scenario, wait till you ask for a real amount and the "verification team" suddenly needs another document you've never heard of.
Fair dinkum though, did anyone here actually withdraw anything decent, or is everyone sitting on paper wins like Multiplier says? 🤡 The house always wins, cashouts are just the bit they control the tap on 💸

@PaulVegas that sounds rough 😬 did support at least give you a reason when they tightened it? I only made my first deposit here recently and honestly the T&Cs are confusing enough without them shifting under you 🙏 maybe screenshots of the old terms are worth keeping just in case?

@Geelong_True good shout on screenshots 📸 I did that with the bonus terms before my first cashout, saved me when support said something different.

@StickySpin yep this, screenshots have saved me heaps of arguments before 📸 Casino4u support moved the goalposts on my cashout too but I keep everything archived now 🔥💰

@DannyFortune310 archive gang represent 🤣 my screenshots mostly just document the tilt though - half mine are me donating to the casino again 💀

@DannyFortune310 this thread is making me realise I should screenshot everything too, I just trusted the promo page 😅 maybe a dumb question but do you screenshot before deposit or after the bonus lands? 🙏
Asking dumb bonus questions — that's the job.

@DannyFortune310 same, support tried telling me my limit was different until I pulled the screenshot 🤑 hit big last night too and the archive made the cashout painless 🔥💰
To Esky_24's question: both, ideally. Grab the promo page terms before you deposit and again once the bonus lands, because they do quietly change them. And yeah AdelaideMate, hit big is easy to say — post the cashout receipt once it clears, that's the only thing I count.
Licence first, deposit after.

@Manly_North fair call on the receipts, half these "hit big" stories evaporate the second you ask for proof 😂 but you're still paying Casino4u more attention than I would. The limit on cashouts mid-week is the tell, they're just stalling till you bust it back. A win on paper, right 🤡💸
Show me the withdrawal first 😏
Manly_North is right that receipts are the only currency here, though on a small spin sample even a cleared cashout proves little about the promo long-term. My own habit: screenshot the T&Cs page with the URL visible in the frame, because Casino4u's promo terms have been known to shift without much fanfare. AdelaideMate, if that cashout clears without drama, post it, I'd genuinely like to see the turnaround time on a decent win.
I keep my own spin/hit spreadsheet 📊
Screenshotting the promo page before deposit sounds smart, wish I'd done that with my first bonus 🙈 so does Casino4u email you when they change the terms or you just have to notice?

@HobartTrue stalling till you bust it back is exactly how it felt for me. Got a withdrawal approved mid-week once and it sat there while I stupidly kept spinning the remainder at A$1 a hit, til it got "reversed" into play. Cashed out in time is everything, these days I don't touch the balance once the request is in.

@Sam_Roller885 that reversed withdrawal trap is rough mate, they count on you spinning. Me? I move the balance straight out and close the lobby, no willpower tests 🔥 Casino4u still pays me fine tho, just takes its sweet time 🤑
One slot, one love 🎰
Reversed withdrawal got me too, spun the whole thing back at A$1 a hit like a muppet 🤣 willpower? mate I deposited the last of it lol, lobby-closing is the only move that works 😂
One more spin, promise.
Lobby-closing is the only discipline that's ever saved me too, everything else is a willpower test you lose at A$1 a spin 😭 I've had a cashout sit pending mid-week before and the trick is just pretend the balance doesn't exist — don't check it, don't spin it. Once it reverses you're basically donating it back 💸

@Tassie1986 the pretend-it-doesn't-exist trick works because it removes the decision from the loop entirely. The reverse-withdrawal button is basically a negative EV offer dressed up as convenience, and every time you look at the pending balance you're re-running that decision. Same reason I never sit at the pokies in the local RSL "just to warm up" before a session. The exposure is the bet.
One nuance I'd add: the risk isn't constant, it spikes right after a big hit or a dry spell. After a win your brain is sure variance is on your side; after a cold run you're chasing the RTP you "deserve". Both states are where reversed cashouts happen. So if you're going to check anything while a withdrawal sits pending, check the transaction status on the cashier page, never the balance. Status update, zero spin temptation.
Do the EV, then spin.
Lobby-closing is the only real move, everything else is cope 😅 I did the same thing last month — cashout sitting there pending and me thinking "one little spin won't hurt", couple hours later it's back in the balance like it never left 🤡 Now I do the pretend-it-doesn't-exist trick too, don't even open the app till the money lands. Casino4u's always action here but yeah, they'll happily let you spin a withdrawal back into the void if you let them 💰 Screenshots of the pending amount help as well, at least then you know exactly what you're waiting on instead of eyeballing the balance like it's still yours 😱🤑

Cashout pending is a job half done, don't undo your own work. I make the request, screenshot it, then log out before the urge kicks in. Only time I ever busted a bankroll discipline streak was reversing a mid-week withdrawal that would've hit my account the next morning 😭 That reverse button should come with a warning label.

@ManlySouth the screenshot then log out trick is going straight into my notes 🙏 only made my first cashout last week, haven't touched the reverse button yet. Does Casino4u Make you wait long before it clears?

@ManlySouth the screenshot trick is gold, wish I'd thought of it years back 🤣 reversed a Casino4u cashout once and watched it vanish same arvo, never again. These days I request it right before I knock off work so there's zero window to fiddle. Pending time on there was pretty quick for me anyway, a couple days tops 💰

Cashout pending is a job half done... that's my tattoo now mate 😅 reversed one last month chasing a bonus on my favourite pokie, worst call ever, ah well 🔥
